A couple of notes from the airing: -Jones was the hitman in the murder-for-hire as he tried to burn down a house where a woman lived with her children. He was paid in crack cocaine. He was sentenced to 20 years, but only served five. -Jones was caught in Texas a month after going on the run for the murder-for-hire, so Texas is a possible location imo. -Jones is said to be very charismatic and can associate with gang members, but his mother is a pastor, and he can even blend in to churches as well. Monroe-Jones tried to blow up a house, and even if the gasoline failed to ignite or the bomb failed to detonate, it proves he was also trying to kill several other victims, including children. This raises concerns that Monroe-Jones might attempt more killings if he hasn't already. This'll put him much higher on my most wanted list.

And Walsh's 50/50 Fugitive #MT1 in '011 is down! Hopefully this should clear up some resources in the hunt for Walsh's '011 Fugitive #MT2, David Earl Burgert.

I wondered when, or rather, if, any more of my old-time Dirty Dozen would ever get captured again. I will need to look through my old records to choose a replacement. He was one of the most underrated cases on AMW. It's still a mystery to me why they didn't go after suspects like Orson William Black, Jose Ramon "Angel" Reyes-Sanchez, or Fernando Palomino more proactively. Instead, we got decades-old cold cases, an unknown case that generated absolutely ZERO tips just because it happened in the same part of Florida that John Walsh has ties to, and a possible-but-not-confirmed murder all the way in East Asia whose authorities probably don't want to collaborate with American detectives! I don't know whether or not Orson had any role in those 3 men's murders, but better judgment about which cases to focus on and which direction to take AMW in could've averted some of this brutality.

The best reason they had for focusing so much on this case was the high victim and potential victim toll. A man and a 12 year old girl were both killed, and cops still don't know whether the murders are related, a 15 year old girl was wounded, and at least 2 deputies were shot at, even though the assailants missed. I pictured them focusing a little bit more on cases where unknown suspects attacked or killed the most people, particularly if a child gets murdered as one of the casualties.

This might be a relevant capture around this month because Bishop-Hall specialized in synthetic hormones and opioids, and it resembled a candy shop to these drugs' addicts. With a dealership that big, I'm not surprised he was sentenced to 3 decades in absentia.

Unless the picture was taken a really long time ago, I imagine Chaney-Leupp may be disguising himself as a teenager or pre-teen, which could make him less likely to draw suspicion.

uh, well that LA episode turned out to be just the first two segments with rest of episode not present, but I'll combine that with another episode that was JIP (joined in progress) I believe both of these are from 98from LA
Carol Schlosberg - Vermont woman who was raped, mutilated and murdered while vacationing in Mexico. Numerous eyewitnesses reported seeing her murder, but case remains unsolved as of this broadcast. Mexican police have been accused of being lackadaisical in their approach to the case. (two men eventually apprehended) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carol_SchlosbergCaptured: Markeith Braxton - Man wanted for Los Angeles murder in previous broadcast was apprehended, had been living in Kansas City, Missouri with other criminal relatives. episode joined in progress
Captured: Patrick Adkins - Rapist from previous broadcast, who raped women in both U.S. & Canada, was apprehended. Tracey Poirer & Pam Trimble - again Update: Margaret Rudin - Confirmed sightings in Phoenix, AZ. She escaped captured there and changed her appearance again. Update: Sam Sheinbein - In this high-profile case, judge rules Sheinbein can return to U.S. (which is what most Israeli citizens wanted), however he prefers to remain in Israel. He fled there after committing murder. Israel firmly believes in rehabilitation and his prison conditions were favorable. (later died in prison): en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samuel_Sheinbein Dennis Williams - One of the biggest producers of meth in the Midwest is sought. John Dennis Grub - Has robbed many banks on the East Coast and not attempted to disguise his identity. Guadalupe & Andres Garello - Father and 15 year old son were killed via shots to the head and their car burned. The motive was robbery. 4 Hispanic men sought in connection. (can't immediately find anything on this one, I may have the last name misspelled). Antoinette Ross & Isavier Teague - 16 year old girl and her young nephew missing out of Fresno, CA (can't immediately find anything on this one either). David Walker - Quickie profile of man wanted for 1986 murder of Henry (last name unintelligible). Knowing that Patrick McDaniel-Adkins was busted as Capture #519 in August of '998, John Dennis Grubb was busted as Capture #521 in early or mid September '998, and Tracey Lee Poirer and Pamela Kay Trimble escaped prison around 8-28-998 before getting busted as Captures #522 and #523 a month to the day later on 9-28-998, this episode was obviously aired in September of '998. The earliest this could've been was two Saturdays after the Poirer and Trimble escape, on 9-05-998. And the episode with the Markeith Braxton capture report was aired in late April or early May 1998, based on the date Braxton was busted as Capture #506.

They briefly updated on HLN's Primetime Crime with Ashleigh Banfield and said during production, it lead to several investigative agencies deciding to take a closer look at the case. Still kinda vague, but sounds like just doing episode inspired a fresher look. Looking forward to more details. https:// twitter.com/HLNTV/status/921169044165877760?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Etweet Unfortunately, I seem to recall a recent update on the James Vernon Joseph / Leland "Spyder" Reed capture report where a press release detailed why AMW counted Spyder as an empty capture, and this reminds me of that for some reason.

With all the factors coming from various ends, from Jasmine's own bed, to Johnson slipping up and mysteriously holding back an hour to call 911, to the paramedics accidentally shoving the breathing tube down the wrong pipe, I'm tentatively hoping for the conviction to be reduced to a lesser charge with a most likely sentence of Time Served.
I'm not familiar enough with criminal-judicial convention to know why an opportunity for evidence to be factored in is so strictly limited to the trial before the verdict, why verdicts on such ambiguous cases are unconditionally honored like true oracle work instead of being measured neutrally as more facts emerge, and why science makes progress for medical research then leaves the criminal justice system back in the dust.

Not only is the 1st world, as a whole, stumped on how to foil these atrocities or slow down the overall mortality rate, but those people who know how imordinately loose our regulations on military weaponry are can't beat the gun manufacturer lobbies, and many more who don't know how different types of guns are classified can't figure out how to tailor the legislation to prevent any semantic loopholes. There are various arguments that certain guns that fit the stereotypes of assault guns, such as magazine capacity, size and mass, and firing speed, are NOT assault weapons, and thus an assault weapons ban would do nothing to mitigate the crisis. The message I get from the biggest gun manufacturing shills is that I should own a gun anyway, even when I don't want to, because some bad guy will strike me at random, it'll turn out to be destiny, and there's no other way to spare my life but to beat a robber-murderer to the trigger. And if I would be too much of a threat to myself and others with a gun, too bad, I'm just seen as one of the "bad guys with a gun", and if I'm done away with, it probably serves me right and spares some other innocent victim out there by default. They always get me, and I never have a counter-argument to justify my own existence to them.

The investigators' description of "a serious assault" seems vague to me. They're not releasing the method or weapon used in the homicide Aguilar-Garcia's wanted for questioning in, are they?

If Herman Henry Fox was linked to a few dozen cases beyond that first one when he's captured, I can picture the headline, "'Fat' Fox Gets Fat Sentence For Compelling Mass Prostitution."

One of the past US Marshals' 15 Most Wanted fugitives who was given an 8-second commercial break airing before he was caught as an empty capture, David James Clarke (sequence number 208) has a similar name, except for the middle name, as David A Clarke, a disgraced Wisconsinese corrections officer wanted for prisoner abuse. It's drawing similarities to the Joe Arpaio scandal.
