Earlier we had a topic featuring other people named John Walsh, but after seeing a link today about Olympic figure skater Jason Brown, I decided to create this related topic about people who have the misfortune of sharing a name with an AMW fugitive.
Here's a couple from AMW itself:
Robert Fisher - A police officer in Ohio who pursued Terrence Washington during a high-speed chase in 2004. Fisher told AMW cameras how shocked he was that he had caught a fugitive on the program.
Edward Morris - One of Chaka Raysor's victims. He was beaten and stomped to death simply because Raysor believed he wasn't doing his hardest selling cocaine.
And just like John Walsh, I also knew somebody with the name of an AMW fugitive:
Donald Webb - Believe it or not, I actually knew somebody who was named Donald Webb, though he went by Don. He worked with my parents' business on a number of occasions. There's no way he was the fugitive though, as he's in his mid-50s and Webb would be in his 80s. Still weird though.
And one fictional character:
James Sullivan - Anyone who has seen either Monsters Inc. or Monsters University knows that Sully's real name is James Sullivan. But there's two things that make this even weirder; firstly, Sully's middle initial is "P," while the fugitive Sullivan's middle initial is "V." And if that weren't weird enough, there's a line in Monsters Inc. that's just too bizarre to ignore. Sully's talking to Mike and at one point he says something to the effect of, "The next day you're on Monstropolis' Most Wanted!" You have to wonder if one of the writers was a fan of AMW and wrote this in as an inside joke that only avid AMW fans would realize. Seriously, that's just way too bizarre of a coincidence.
Any others you can think of?

I had dinner with my parents and the Olympics came up and we actually talked about the figure skater Jason Brown! My mother knew who he was since she was also an AMW fan so I really only had to explain to my dad.
I am on my phone so I may add more later when I actually have a computer to look over the capture roster and other fugitives but off hand I know a few AMW captures shared the same names as famous people such as James Brown, Barry White, and AMW's first capture/recovery fugitive Kenneth Cole.
As far as non-famous folks, I once had an ex-boss named Heather Johnson. But she was much older than AMW fugitive Heather Johnson would be.

Capture #411, Michael Moore, is unrelated to the documentarian who won an OSCAR for the #4 Best Film of '002, Bowling For Columbine. I don't know what the fugitive Michael Moore did, however.
Capture #416, domestic abuser turned sex killer Dennis L Miller, is unrelated to stand-up comedian Dennis Miller, who recently starred in:
#23 on the Bottom 40 Films of '001, Joe Dirt #25 on the Top 40 Films of '006, Thank You For Smoking (as himself!) #22 on the Bottom 40 Films of '008, What Happens in Vegas...

#158 Steven King- Phonetically the same as horror fiction writer Stephen King There's also a congressman named Steve King (who actually represents the area I live in). While I won't reveal my political views on this forum, I will say that I'm embarrassed to be represented by him (and I know Democrats, Republicans and Independents who hate the guy). AMW had two captures named Steven Allen - the late Steve Allen was a comedian who at one point hosted his own talk show.

Here's another one I forgot: retiring Congressman Jim Moran has the same name as former fugitive James Moran. The fugitive was profiled on AMW in 2004 and 2005 and was wanted out of Washington state for killing his in-laws as a way of getting back at his ex-wife for divorcing him.

I've learned now captured AMW fugitive Carey Price shares the same name as Montreal Canadians star goalie Carey Price (I follow most sports, but hockey not as much lol). www.nhl.com/player/carey-price-8471679

One of the past US Marshals' 15 Most Wanted fugitives who was given an 8-second commercial break airing before he was caught as an empty capture, David James Clarke (sequence number 208) has a similar name, except for the middle name, as David A Clarke, a disgraced Wisconsinese corrections officer wanted for prisoner abuse. It's drawing similarities to the Joe Arpaio scandal.
