The FBI is now offering a reward of up to $10,000 for Juarez-Corro’s capture as the FBI Most Wanted App says his poster has been updated on 4/19/19. Hmmm... makes me wonder if he’s out of the running for a spot on the list. Reward offered would probably be higher than $10K if it was a prelude to the list. If the fbi is currently doing their selection right now as we speak I would think he didn’t get the slot at this time and chose someone else which may explain the reward money being offered. Juarez-Corro is fitting for the list but he will get added in a few months.

Not sure if they were always there and I just didn't notice until now but just wanted to point out there are age-progression photos of Juarez-Corro on his FBI wanted poster:

I’m glad they finally added these images of him.... and it seems they are in fact having trouble locating him based on the fact that they included these age progressed images.

We never know how hot or not hot on the trail authorities are as they for the most part very understandably keep their investigations a secret, so I wouldn't look into the age-progression photos as a clue as to how hot or cold they are in their pursuit.
I see the age-progression photos as a positive sign that they are very active on this case.

I found Juárez-Corro’s Interpol red notice and it states he was born in Ziritzicuaro, Michoacán, Mexico, however I searched up the location and it’s spelled Tziritzicauro, so Juárez-Corro could be hiding out in the State of Michoacán.

For murder crimes, crimes which were classified as "multiple murders" were the most common way to get on the list between 1980-2009. Juarez-Corro clearly falls in that category.
Another thing: Before Santiago Mederos went on the list, the FBI offered a $20K reward. Juarez-Corro's reward isn't that high, but that coupled with the fact that age-enhanced photos of him have been released leads me to suspect they are toying with the possibility of adding him.

The Interpol notice is also a sign he has a good chance of making the list. Granted it was after the fact but Yasee Said was given an Interpol Red Notice shortly after making the list.

I re-read the case file on this forum and I can definitely see him meeting the criteria for addition to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted List. This case reminds me of the David Alex Alvarez case in the sense that Alvarez went to a home to confront his wife and killed four other people, instead. He basically killed people who were in his way, which, in my view, makes him an extreme danger to the public.

Honestly I'm surprised he isn't on the list already. I think we've been active discussing him as a likely addition ever since he was added two years ago.

Whether he's caught or not (and I really hope he's the former), Juarez-Corro will now forever be known as the guy who replaced Yaser Said on the top ten list. That's some pretty good publicity to hopefully lead to his capture.

That's some pretty good publicity to hopefully lead to his capture. This addition is like a combination of Eric Toth and Edward Harper put together…. Or in an alternative universe, if Fidel Urbina directly replaced Whitey Bulger. I saw on Twitter a video of the FBI removing Yaser Said’s poster and adding Octaviano’s

I fully agree with his addition to the list. Judging by what the FBI indicated, there were many people there at the park that day, so he put many, many more people at risk than I originally suspected.
It’s been awhile since I have seen an FBI Agent use language this strong in describing what a fugitive allegedly did:
”The fact that this individual would be so reckless in an area where families were gathered to celebrate—and in front of his 3-year-old daughter—is just utterly unacceptable. He needs to be held accountable and brought to justice.”
