A guess on my part, but I think he has gone back and forth between Florida and SC. If I were the FBI, I would squeeze his family members in SC. If he was there again, it shows he’s comfortable in the area and may be utilizing resources there.

I never like declaring a fugitive is definitely going to be captured soon because of a sighting, it jinxes it sometimes (and sometimes the fugitive is still at large years later despite a sighting), but it does give reason to be cautiously optimistic that there's a confirmed area to concentrate in.

I never like declaring a fugitive is definitely going to be captured soon because of a sighting, it jinxes it sometimes (and sometimes the fugitive is still at large years later despite a sighting), but it does give reason to be cautiously optimistic that there's a confirmed area to concentrate in. I hope that he can be found and extradited to LA. |

I think perhaps they are for investigative purposes keeping it a secret.
Often times confirmed sightings can mean a few scenarios: 1. A person who knows the fugitive has spotted them. 2. The person knows about a distinct physical feature not previously reported in the media 3. Surveillance confirms a tipster's sighting.
There are many more plausible scenarios but those are among the three most common.

I don't have an exact timeframe on when I believe Greg Carlson will be caught, but from my experience, my opinion is that we will not be pursuing Greg 10 years from now.
This manhunt will probably end much sooner than that, you really have to be good at hiding to avoid the FBI as a Top Ten fugitive nowadays. Or you have to flee the US which Greg appears to have not done as of now.

I also wouldn’t be surprised that in the wake of the sighting that they would also increase the reward for Carlson to about $150,000-$250,000.

I don't want to turn this into the fugitive and say that's the guy if it's not. He looks a little similar, but Greg Carlson's a common enough name it could be coincidence.
It does make sense if he's been an actor considering his time spent in the L.A. area.
