Below is an archived description of his case. A Troubled PastAndre Neverson already had a history with United States authorities, after he was imprisoned back in 1995 on an attempted murder conviction. Five years later, he was released from prison and deported back to his native Trinidad and Tobago, but that would not be his final farewell. Two years later, cops say Neverson snuck back into the U.S., settled in New York and began dating Donna Davis. That relationship didn't last long, and when Donna broke it off, Neverson didn't take it well. Meanwhile, Neverson was in an on-going argument with his sister over money and a property dispute, and his increasing frustrations were about to boil over. Cops say on July 8, 2002, Neverson shot and killed his sister inside her Crown Heights row-house. But according to authorities, he wasn't finished yet. The next day, cops say Neverson picked Donna Davis up from the school in Queens where she'd been taking classes. Two days later, cops found her body in a vacant Queens lot, but there was no sign of Neverson. Marshals Team Up With NYPDFor almost two years, the NYPD hunted for Neverson and many of their leads came from his frequent airings on AMW. From coast-to-coast, homicide detectives followed up on all the leads, including one suggesting the usually bald-headed Neverson was trying to disguise himself with a dreadlock wig. That lead was confirmed when cops intercepted a laptop Neverson had sent to an old girlfriend, which contained photos of the accused killer in the wig. But although authorities knew that the AMW tip was solid, they still didn't know where Neverson was hiding. In February 2004, the U.S. Marshals Service joined the hunt, and put Neverson on their 15 Most Wanted Fugitives list. Teaming up with the NYPD, the Marshals were just as determined to hunt this guy down. Neverson In MotionIf law enforcement was going to round up Neverson, they needed as much information as they could gather about him. They wanted video to be able to see how Neverson walks, hear how he talks and collect any other details that would help them find him. In November 2005, investigators set out to re-interview everyone involved in the case and to look for any video. Soon, they hit pay dirt. Donna Davis' parents knew their daughter had a video camera but hadn't had the heart to go through her belongings. Knowing how important a video of Neverson would be, they mustered up the strength to go to Donna's room and view the tape in her camera. Sure enough, the tape contained numerous video segments of Neverson in Trinidad that let authorities see his distinctive walk and hear his slightly accented English. Even though the video was recorded before he went on the run, investigators hope it will give the case a jumpstart. www.usmarshals.gov/investigations/most_wanted/neverson/neverson.htmweb.archive.org/web/20120630192430/http://www.amw.com/fugitives/case.cfm?id=26623#casewww.nypost.com/p/news/local/queens/living_in_fear_of_ny_most_wanted_6yvdDjFor3TRf4aO86bAhKAdmin Note: If you have any news-related updates on this case, please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form

The US Marshals Special mentioned a tipster who claimed to have seen Neverson at a horse racing track in New Jersey. In some articles, it's been mentioned that Neverson's numerous girlfriends haven't been helpful. It seems to me that his girlfriends and family have been helping him travel between Trinidad and the United States undetected.

Appreciate their effort, but I sincerely doubt Neverson is in Canada. Heck, I'd predict he'd be back in Brooklyn before that. Another newspaper in the Caribbean, this time in Trinidad (where Neverson was allegedly last seen) also has a recent article about him. I personally feel the Marshals feel he's still in the Caribbean, and are trying to make a new publicity push to flush him out of hiding. www.newsday.co.tt/news/0,189377.html

I am absolutely astounded that Neverson is still at large. He was one of the first fugitives I ever saw profiled (I still remember it like it was yesterday; we were at my grandma's house for an extended family get-together, and while everyone else mingled I went into the den to watch AMW. If memory serves me correctly, he was the lead-off story), and I'm just baffled that he's still a fugitive after almost 12 years.

I'm shocked Neverson has made it this long, to me he seems to be laying low by not using a motor vehicle or leaving any paper trails while living with his new family and new identity in Trinidad or the U.S., he'd be a great case for The Hunt next year if they consider.

I found a brief piece of a 2014 press release on NewsLibrary, it came from the US Embassy in Trinidad. It mentioned that Andre Neverson was believed to be in Barbados or on a nearby Caribbean island.

Just a note to anyone watching The Hunt airing this Sunday that as of Friday, August 4th, Neverson's name is for some reason still not on the official The Hunt tip form. So here's what you should do if you have information on his whereabouts: 1. If Neverson's name appears on the link below when you scroll down the list of names, simple click on his name to submit your tip. 2. If for whatever reason, you do not see Neverson's name on the link below, just click on the name of any fugitive to submit your tip, but mention your tip is not for that fugitive but specifically for ANDRE NEVERSON. Thanks. www.cnn.com/interactive/2014/06/us/the-hunt/tip/

A few interesting tidbits from the Crime Watch Daily segment-
-After Andre Neverson's attempted murder conviction, he was deported back to Trinidad but came back through Canada and the U.S. with a Jamaican passport.
-Neverson was actually found and detained in Jamaica a few years after he went on the run, but somehow managed to get out of custody. (They don't say how, if he was released or escaped or whatever).

Some MAJOR and CRAZY updates I found according to Jamaican bloggers, they make the following claims (it's difficult to follow, so anyone feel free to correct me if I made some mistakes): -Andre Neverson has been living in Jamaica the past few years under the name Andre Hampden. -Neverson is friends with a man named Omar Collymore, who at the beginning of this year, allegedly killed and murdered his wife for the insurance money. (he would later be arrested). Apparently, an innocent taxi driver was also shot. Suddenly, a few weeks later, Neverson and Collymore would get shot themselves, and in the first link you can see a youtube video with a man who although it's quick, clearly looks like Neverson laying down wounded in the back of a police van. Collymore and the person rumored to be Neverson were shot while sitting in the parking lot of a car in front of an insurance office in New Kingston, Jamaica. As for how Neverson could still be at large despite apparently living in Jamaica seemingly not trying to hide that well? According to one Jamaican blogger, "Let’s face it, Jamaicans see what they want to see when they want to see it." So apparently, Neverson has been living in Jamaica. He got shot this year, and despite all this, apparently (unfortunately imo) survived and is somehow still at large. kijanawaasi.com/omar-collymores-friend-andre-neverson-most-wanted-in-america/www.jamaicanmateyangroupie.com/updates/omar-collymores-friend-was-also-wanted/www.loopjamaica.com/content/omar-collymore-slapped-murder-chargeswww.loopjamaica.com/content/two-injured-gun-attack-financial-institution-new-kingston

I think if we bring this to the attention of U.S. authorities, I think it’ll get the Jamaican Government to act on it, plus we have a solid alias that he is alleged to be using.
