We all know how inconsistent AMW was in stating how many times Neverson was actually profiled on the show. Well, I'm working on a project right now where I'm listing all the known profiles of AMW fugitives and counting how many they had. I'm starting with 2002, which happened to be the first year he was profiled. Andre Neverson was profiled an astonishing 17 TIMES on AMW, from July 27, 2002 until his last profile on December 17, 2011. I haven't started tracking Daniel Hiers, William Greer and Jason Brown yet, but for the time being, I'm pretty sure he surpassed at least one of those cases.
And what's crazy is after all that AND a profile on The Hunt, he was arrested as a result of reckless driving. This isn't a criticism of how my times he was profiled, just find it a bit funnily ironic that after all that is how is he went down.

The ways longtime AMW fugitives go down always astonishes me. I still say the weirdest was Chaka Raysor surrendering after 10 years on the run and who knows how many profiles on the show.

While in some ways it is tougher to catch bad guys the longer they stay on the run, sometimes it gets easier as the longer they are on the run,the more they let their guard down and make mistakes that lead to them getting caught. I'm sure after being on the run for 16 years and eluding some of the best fugitive hunters in the business,Andre let his guard down on not doing things that would call attention to himself like driving like an idiot. And as a result,he will now face punishment that is long overdue.

He should have been convicted of 1st degree murder but NY state law is very weird. Only a few instances (like a kidnapping or killing of a police officer) qualify for 1st degree murder in NY. The judge does have the option of stacking the sentences back to back which means he'll likely be looking at a minimum of 50 years in prison which means he'll never see freedom again which is as it should be.

Two updates in this case turns out according to oxygen crime network he was eventually sentenced to 50 years to life in prison and according to the article he also had a 16 year old daughter while hiding in Bridgeport so he looks like he had a family while on the run tat reminds me of the Donald santini case actually they were both sentenced to 50 years in prison and will both never be free from prison and will not terrorize the good people of new York city or Tampa Florida respectively
