I've been thinking and we can actually nab this guy by just simply checking arrest records in Mexico under that name and see exactly where the arrests in 2007 and 2011 happened. Right now I think Urbina is an easier fugitive dispite being on the run 17 years... Though I hope the FBI has good intelligence on him.

I'm sure they have checked the arrest records. Right now what gives hope for a capture is that he's been arrested a few times.

Your right and it's such a coincidence that there was an attempt to arrest him in 2006 and the arrest in 2007 released also the sighting of him in 2010 followed by his arrest and release in 2011. This shows how crazy it is like if this guy had 9 lives, but I feel confident saying that 2016 will be the year Urbina will be caught, just have hope, he's easier at this point to locate and catch

Not an update but I notice Urbina's turtle neck in the 2011 photograph is common with robbers and burglars... So possibly Urbina turned to burglary then maybe.

Lol likely but only Urbina himself knows. But it doesn't seem far fetched that he might be doing robberies for some cartel or as a small time thing he's desperate for some $$ that he'd go do a burglary to get by.

He obviously did something to get arrested twice, although frustratingly it didn't reveal his true identity.

It had to have been for some small time offense, if it was rape or murder and verify its him, they'd have the Feds down there in a heart beat

It always could of, except if he was arrested in Mexico and somehow paid the police there off, then he would be out of prison before the FBI could find out about it.

Yeah, I should have explained didn't reveal his identity at the time, since obviously it was found out eventually he was Fidel Urbina. (Or as you said, it could have been found out before "eventually.")

Some Detectives must have worked on verifying it was in fact Urbina in 2011 and 2007 and therefore they got that alias Edgar Diaz Hernandez since the arrests were under that name. They must have seen similarities in the photos. The problem is that likely if it's a small time offense they don't fingerprint people they detain in Mexico. Also the FBI may possibly have intelligence on him that they aren't telling the public which I'm guessing is why those photographs came about.

I'm also assuming that the reason why they haven't indicated where and why Urbina was arrested in 2007/2011, is that they want further tips on those arrests and leads would be taken more seriously if it hasn't been mentioned by law enforcement yet.

Well derekamw maybe the FBI has some sort of intelligence on him and they may not be telling us and they want to wait for the perfect chance to capture him

Thanks bountyhunter. It's bet to take every photograph and look at what you observe, noticing that may put this puzzle together to finally capture Urbina.
