Here are the travel advisories for the following Mexican states in which Arnoldo Jimenez May be hiding in Durango state – Level 3: Reconsider Travel Reconsider travel due to crime. Violent crime and gang activity are common in parts of Durango state. U.S. government employees may not travel to the area west and south of Highway 45 and the city of Gomez Palacio. There are no additional restrictions on travel for U.S. government employees. Tamaulipas state – Level 4: Do Not Travel Do not travel due to crime and kidnapping. Violent crime, such as murder, armed robbery, carjacking, kidnapping, extortion, and sexual assault, is common. Gang activity, including gun battles and blockades, is widespread. Armed criminal groups target public and private passenger buses as well as private automobiles traveling through Tamaulipas, often taking passengers hostage and demanding ransom payments. Federal and state security forces have limited capability to respond to violence in many parts of the state. U.S. government employees may only travel within a limited radius between the U.S. Consulates in Nuevo Laredo and Matamoros and their respective U.S. Ports of Entry. U.S. government employees may not travel between cities in Tamaulipas using interior Mexican highways and they must observe a curfew between midnight and 6:00 a.m. in the cities of Matamoros and Nuevo Laredo. If Jimenez is in Tamaulipas and his brother is connected to someone in that state, there’s a chance that getting to him will likely take awhile, or he’ll end up in a body bag. travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/traveladvisories/traveladvisories/mexico-travel-advisory.html

Here’s the U.S. Government’s Travel advisory for the following Mexican states Mederos is believed to be in Guerrero state – Level 4: Do Not Travel Do not travel due to crime. Armed groups operate independently of the government in many areas of Guerrero. Members of these groups frequently maintain roadblocks and may use violence towards travelers. U.S. government employees may not travel to the entire state of Guerrero, including Acapulco, Zihuatanejo, Ixtapa, and Taxco. Morelos state – Level 3: Reconsider Travel Reconsider travel due to crime. Violent crime and gang activity are common in parts of Morelos state. There are no restrictions on travel for U.S. government employees. Both states are in very critical tiers and it could explain why Mederos hasn’t been captured yet. They did arrest Jesus Munguia in the state of Michoacán which currently sits at level 4 as well, but given security forces are very limited in their capabilities. travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/traveladvisories/traveladvisories/mexico-travel-advisory.html

I wouldn’t be surprised if Aguilar is still living in Mexicali, Mexico today. I would probably think he is either living with a completely new family or he was likely killed by a cartel or is working for one which would make it impossible to locate him.
I’m very curious what was the reason for his arrest in 1999 in Mexico?
Was it the fugitive manhunt or he committed a crime there?
Also to think the victims 3 year old daughter witnessed the murder and was left without a mother is really heart breaking and it could be the reason Special Agent Scott Gariolla remembers this case.

I realize I'm breaking a rule and discussing this here but I feel it's not necessarily related to politics- I mentioned in the politics thread as much as I dislike Trump- I have friends and family members who support him- which is giving me a dilemma. Now family members are one thing- you can't necessarily choose your family or who will be at family functions- you basically have no choice but to accept family at times, for all their faults. But friends you can choose. And while most of them know I hate Cheetohead but have left me alone about it, it's a dilemma where I wonder how I can be friends with those that tolerate someone that represents the worst of humanity. Granted, some of my friends who like Trump are of the "I cringe at what he says sometimes, but I think he's doing a good job with the economy" or "I cringe at his tweets sometimes, but at least he keeps his promises" variety. And I disagree (the still good economy he inherited from Obama, and he actually doesn't keep his promises) but it at least shows they aren't entirely awful people and have some sort of rationalization and I can somewhat live with that. But some of my friends have gone full MAGA-mode. And I'm not saying this as a sad thing, but I think most of us in life if we really think about have many acquaintances but very few actual friends. I feel I belong in that category. I don't want to ruin lifelong friendships because of that and how very few there are to come by, but my moral compass is really being tested with some of my friends that now eat up every word including inflammatory words Trump says, even if they are still nice to me and have always been nice to me and leave me alone about my beliefs. Sorry if that was too rambling, but I guess I'm asking for advice as to how to handle this. I don't want to end friendships, but I also wonder how much more I can rationalize still being their friend. I have a friend who is 3x my age who is about 60 years old, he’s on the religious conservative right and I’m on the libertarian left. I actually remain friends with him despite our differences He doesn’t agree with the public schools being secular, the removal of confederate monuments, and dislikes the Tiny Hands administration (and he dislikes all politicans in general) for their corruption and especially Tiny Hands for not being too tough on Iran and thinks for some reason he thinks despite how bad Hillary Clinton is, would have been tough on them by attacking them. I on the other hand agree with public schools being secular, I agree with the removal of MOST confederate monuments and we both dislike tiny hands however I don’t want Clinton to be tough on Iran, but rather let’s do diplomacy with Iran. He’s told me he doesn’t dislike Bernie Sanders and thinks he’s okay, and something I’ve learned is that whether they support trump or are on the left, or don’t have an opinion, we all deep down think things like a living wage, legalization of marijuana, universal free healthcare, free college, and support for stronger unions for workers is want we all want across the spectrum to . The way I see and how I think everyone should see is that MOST of us want the same progressive agenda especially those that voted Trump in 2016 for economical reasons or wanted an outsider, but there are elements of MAGites that aren’t redeemable since what they see it as a chance to be openly bigoted. On an off note. This isn’t me rambling about how good Bernie is, but back during the 2016 election.... or maybe afterwards, Bernie did a townhall in West Virginia, a state that is deeply red and a bunch of Trump supporters and Traditional republicans attended and they pretty much liked what he had to say. Keep in mind Bernie Sanders won a lot of the states Hillary lost in the general which is West Virginia and much of the rust belt

Apparently it all makes sense to me now why the FBI has been adding a bunch of L.A. area fugitives. The special agent of the FBI Los Angeles, Scott Garriola, accredited with the capture of multiple Ten Most Wanted Fugitives including Whitey Bulger is said to be retiring soon. I’ve narrowed done my pool of candidates for the Top Ten List to 4 names with Saul Aguilar being at the top of my list as I want to see a cold case from the 1990s added for the first time since Fidel Urbina. Saul Aguilar, Jr - Wanted for the murder of his girlfriend in 1997, this case is pretty well needed since it’s a 20 year old case that sticks with special agent Garriola. Aguilar is said to be in Mexicali, Mexico . Also it would make sense for them to add Aguilar because they’ve just added a new image of him, as well as the recent trend of individuals murdering their significant others are added to the Top Ten List. Ricardo Villa - Wanted for the attempted murder of 4 people in 2015 while out on bail for narcotics charges. The FBI doesn’t add many non murder fugitives but he’s dangerous to the point where he can make an exception since he nearly killed 4 people. Andres Zambrano - the most likely choice of my pool of candidates, he’s wanted for murdering the mother of his 2 year old child in 2017. laist.com/2019/08/01/an_la_fbi_agent_wants_your_help_catching_12_socal_fugitives_before_he_retires.php

Thing is, most countries actually won’t extradite their own citizens (Mexico being one of the biggest exceptions). I don’t know if it’s that type of policy that is preventing his extradition, but you would think that if the Honduran Government was concerned that he would face the death penalty, the Attorney General of PA would promise that it wouldn’t be sought. There is a law in place that the Honduran government will only allow extradition if its for terrorism and drug trafficking. Earlier this year when FBI Murder Fugitive Napoleon Castro was captured in El Salvador and extradited back to Los Angeles where he was wanted out of, the special agent of the FBI L.A. office, Scott Gariola said that while El Salvador has been sending back its citizens, in the same region Honduras and Belize are not as cooperative with extradition requests. That’s pretty telling since they do have an individual believed to be in Honduras and part of you wonders if Alexis Flores has been found in the years since but the Honduran Government simply declined to extradite him or even find him.

This is a very brazen act he did, it’s like Richard McNair only more violent. Reason I found out about this case is because the YouTube news channel “Agenda-Free TV” was doing a nearly hour long live stream covering this case. youtu.be/jxNvv_1p8J8

I honestly think it’s time the FBI takes him off the list however with the recent addition of a new image of FBI fugitive Edgardo Welchez-Marroquin, a fugitive on the run the same year, state and from the same country as Alexis Flores, I hope they add some new images of Flores or perhaps Honduras is in contact with investigators here and have sent them images of Flores since his deportation in 2005.

A new image of Welchez-Marroquin has been added to his FBI Poster. Don’t know if this was taken while he was in the United States or if they traced him to Honduras and obtained these images from authorities there.... if the latter is the case then perhaps there is hope he and others can be caught.

The fact that there have been 3 huge mass shootings within a matter of 10 days, it makes me wonder if other people get inspired when one happens. Like sometimes we have a break of not having one for a few weeks and then it’s like they all happen at once.

With the recent capture of Us Marshals Top 15 Most Wanted, Peter Chadwick and FBI website Fugitive Juan Alberto Méndez within the last couple days, I hope we can get the same repeat from someone on the FBI Top Ten List already.
The fact that both Chadwick and Méndez ended up in Mexico is interesting and makes me think perhaps the individuals likely to be captured are Santiago Mederos, Alejandro Castillo &/or Arnoldo Jimenez.

It came to me a few hours ago while at work, that if Patel fled back to India or went to England or another destination, It would be nearly impossible for him to flee on a flight from the United States to said destination. I believe Patel likely got a flight in Mexico, or Canada and fled back to India or somewhere else and finding records of his flight are difficult because of this...... I actually think this is also the case with Yaser Said as well that he may have gotten a flight from Canada (or Mexico given the close proximity to Texas) and went back to Egypt.
