I think I mentioned this before but I usually can only watch the west coast reruns and not the live episode, but please discuss the episodes this season but try not to be too spoiler-y. Thanks!

Ok, finally saw the episode. Excellent debut. Although we love The Hunt and now In Pursuit, I know one constructive criticism is sometimes we feel they are too slow to get to the main aspect of the case. With both cases tonight, they cut to the chase rather quickly. Also, the 15 seconds of shame fugitives are now separated in different post-commercial break segments with enlarged photos. This was an excellent idea as they now stand out more as opposed to sharing the spotlight! The photos and screens were enlarged for the missing child segments as well.
Leroy Headley I did have one minor quibble and that's that for some reason they blurred the photo of his Dallas Cowboys hat. Perhaps there are rules against showing a logo on tv, but I felt it still could be a potential clue as to what he may be wearing while on the run.
Also, oddly the U.S. Marshals agent working the Jeffrey Forrest case stated he was on their top 15 list. At least on their website, he's not listed as that yet. Still, there was no excuse for Forrest's actions despite his claims to his wife that he was molested as a kid, even sicker is he would videotape sex with his wife and show it to his straight male victims to try to get them aroused while he allegedly abused them. Blake was incredibly brave coming forward. I always say it is never easy for any alleged molestation victim to come forward, but I feel it is even tougher for male victims to do so.
Looking forward to next week's episode and feel we're off to a good start already.

P.S. Bryan Vega-Velez (already on our site) and an arson suspect named Mona Fawaz (I'll make a profile for her later) were the two 15 seconds of shame fugitives.

Finished watching Season Two’s first episode and was also very impressed. Nothing seemed unnecessary or overdone, it was all relevant in regards to the victims, their families and the manhunt.
Callahan is getting better and better with his role for the series, which is important for the long-term success of In Pursuit.

I feel this time I can reveal this since they are listed on tvguide.com officially for anyone to see but the episodes for the shows after week 1 (which we already know are Leroy Headley and Jeffrey Forest fugitive cases) are now up om that website This is what they say will be the cases: January 22nd- The search for Jory Worthen (my personal most wanted fugitive of 2019) will be the lead story, and Cal will profile Derrell Demon Brown on the second half of the show. January 29th- Lenell Kirby fugitive case will be the lead story, followed by Cal profiling the Unknown Lindsay Harris killer case that us AMW fans know very well. Once again, I realize it sometimes becomes a bit of a sensitive topic when non-known fugitive cases or missing cases without known abductors, espeically ones profiled in the past, are given full segments on John Walsh's shows. And once again, if anyone has a complaint about case selections this season they are more than welcome to private message me to vent, but please keep it off the forum. If anyone complains publicly about Walsh and company profiling Lindsay's case again (and as we remember, the case is very personal to them), they will be banned from this forum. I am not joking. www.tvguide.com/tvshows/in-pursuit-with-john-walsh/episodes/1187298/After all that, they apparently pushed the original cases slated for January 29th back to a later episode and episode 3 will now be Lester Eubanks as the lead story and Cal investigating alleged sexual predator William Stanson in the second half, at least according to tvguide's online listings.

As I stated in our thread on him, I didn't think it was possible, but last night's episode of In Pursuit had me even more pissed off at Jory Worthen than I already was. I didn't know just how brutal the crime scene was and that he allegedly kled Braydon with repeated punches in the head. We've seen a lot of monsters on these shows, but like there will be a child killer while still obviously in no way ok but theh shoot the child and he dies quickly. Walsh was also just as outraged as me and you could tell. While Walsh has always been impressive, for the first two seasons of In Pursuit he has in general been in "host mode" and thrown in opinions every now and then. In this one, Walsh appropriately gave a mini-speech at the end about how much of a coward Worthen really is.
I'm pretty sure this episode was completed before the lead in Georgia, so my only complaint is they couldn't figure out a way to work it in, but perhaps once something is past post-production it is done.
Also, the Derrell Brown case was interesting, although like fugitivehunter666, my only complaint is while it may have been cheesy, I felt they should have mentioned his middle name of Demon, although they did show it on a police report. This is not to be tacky, but the fugitives need to stand out to the viewers for them to remember to call in tips, and THAT (even if not pronounced as demon) would stand out!
Still like HeadMarshal stated, Callahan is getting much better at this (Cal was already excellent but he is shining even more in season 2!). While In Pursuit had a very successful first season, they went 0-for-12 on Cal's cases. This is not a criticism and it is not Cal's fault as much as he was given a lot of difficult cold cases to work with and just a streak of bad luck. I am only mentioning this because I am rooting for Cal to get his first capture already, and the first two fugitives are very catchable in my opinion. Kudos to the producers for giving Cal more recent cases to work with in season 2, and I think the streak is ending soon!
I personally feel very good that both Worthen and Brown will be caught as a result of this episode and this will be the first one where both main segment cases become direct captures.

I will say that the Jory Worthen/Darrell Brown episode might be the most well put together episode thus far. The Jory Worthen manhunt was presented extremely well as far as the situation. As John put it best on the case recap "let's start with dirtbag Jory Worthen".
Callahan's coverage of the Darrell Brown manhunt was appropriately presented. I think we can all be in agreement that he is getting a lot better at these segments, which will hopefully result in more of his cases getting solved.

I stand corrected on the no FBI top ten cases this season as me and HeadMarshal discovered one on our own. I will wait until the tvguide.com official listing but to whittle it down they will soon air (in one of next month's episodes) one of the three fugitives on the list not previously show on The Hunt or In Pursuit. Please guess on your own as I will not tell you if you are right or not. Based on this, there may be one or two more but In Pursuit is not as "top list" focused as its' predecessors overall.

At the risk of making it too obvious, I meant to say not previously shown on The Hunt or In Pursuit and edited my comment.. I only gave it away to longtime members who get it

And I stand corrected even more about the FBI as there will be three cases this season, I would give it away too much so I won't say whether or not they have been aired on AMW/The Hunt/In Pursuit before or whether they're recent or colder cases.

I went to the page of this forum which lists the dirt bags that are going to be profiled as of having J.W. and Callahan go after since I recently read Scumhunter's recent post that there are going to be 3 FBI TOP 10ers to be profiled/aired this season of IN PURSUIT and I went down the whole list but I saw no FBI TOP 10er names nor even last names, heck not even a mere mention of which unholy trinity 3 of the TOP 10ers are going to be profiled/aired on INPWJW.
I sure would appreciate it if someone would say or comment as to who of the infamous 10 are going to be profiled.

Fugitivehunter666, as I already implied multiple times, three top ten fugitives will be aired this season, but I do not want to give it away unless it is publicly revealed via tvguide or otherwise.
This is done on purpose to not give the fugitives a heads up that they're about to be profiled and/or give time in case producers switch up the episodes.
