Ad is officially on Twitter! They don't show any cases for next season but still cool to see! My only complain is it's still Wednesdays at 10 when I wish they would push it back to 9 PM Eastern, but other than that I'm psyched! m.twitter.com/DiscoveryID/status/1205602100912295943

I looking forward to the new season of In Pursuit With John Walsh, Hopefully we could catch some fugitives in last season by taking them off the streets.

If you guys go to the In Pursuit: Missing and Wanted Facebook group, they show a 5 minute preview of the first episode. The good news here is despite a new production company, from the short preview it looks like pretty much the same show and format!

There's a video with John Walsh on Facebook stating fans have every right to expect more captures and he expects to have Season 2 to have even more captures since the cases will skew more recent. He said he knows fans sometimes complain when they do the same old cases (he must have read our site lol). But that's cool to hear. I think In Pursuit's first season was still overall a success, nine fugitives caught so far and even though a lot of them weren't technically because of the show, the show does help. It still sounds like he was disappointed in the amount of captures from Season 1 so he wants to have even more, so that's a good thing. Heck, it's good to capture 90 percent and still be disappointed you didn't capture 100 percent. Strive for perfection!

It looks like for the first time since AMW was cancelled, there will be the first ever Hunt or In Pursuit full segment case which is an unsolved homicide case with no known suspect from what I've researched. I don't want to reveal just yet, but it is a case that was aired numerous times on AMW.
I realize that on the old AMW.com forums somewhat and now here every time AMW/The Hunt/In Pursuit airs a non-fugitive case on what is usually a fugitive-focused show it becomes somewhat controversial or some of us may feel the show should be fugitives only but that is partially why I made my latest posting in the suggestions for forum thread that family members of the victims read this site.
So like there I would say if anyone has any complaints about case selections- why are they doing a non-fugitive case this case is too old why was this case only 15 seconds of shame it should have been full segment instead of this one etc..., you're more than welcome to private message me to rant but I ask that you keep in mind how you would feel if it was your loved one when it comes to commenting publicly.
I go into a little more detail in the latest reply to the suggestions for forum thread.

I feel this time I can reveal this since they are listed on tvguide.com officially for anyone to see but the episodes for the shows after week 1 (which we already know are Leroy Headley and Jeffrey Forest fugitive cases) are now up om that website This is what they say will be the cases: January 22nd- The search for Jory Worthen (my personal most wanted fugitive of 2019) will be the lead story, and Cal will profile Derrell Demon Brown on the second half of the show. January 29th- Lenell Kirby fugitive case will be the lead story, followed by Cal profiling the Unknown Lindsay Harris killer case that us AMW fans know very well. Once again, I realize it sometimes becomes a bit of a sensitive topic when non-known fugitive cases or missing cases without known abductors, espeically ones profiled in the past, are given full segments on John Walsh's shows. And once again, if anyone has a complaint about case selections this season they are more than welcome to private message me to vent, but please keep it off the forum. If anyone complains publicly about Walsh and company profiling Lindsay's case again (and as we remember, the case is very personal to them), they will be banned from this forum. I am not joking. www.tvguide.com/tvshows/in-pursuit-with-john-walsh/episodes/1187298/

Cause I thought I remember reading somewhere that he was suspected of being Lindsay's killer??

Want to thank HeadMarshal for figuring out the tip form was now updated with names for season 2, there are still some cases I thought would be aired this season so they may add more names in the future.

Is it known who the FBI Top Ten Case is yet or it’s not known yet?

Right now there are no fbi top ten cases scheduled to be profiled this season, although two us marshals top 15 cases (Leroy Headley and Lester Eubanks) will be profiled.
This seems to be consistent with season 1 as the show seems to be a little less "top list" focused and instead wants to profiile a few important lesser known cases.
