I imagine you've already answered this countless times before, but you're going to have to repeat it one more time for me: Is it possible there will ever be a place we can watch Shane Franklin Miller's profile online, just in case my family's On Demand service can't record it retroactively?

I was really touched by that show. John Walsh has gone after thousands of criminals in the past, but only a handful have shown such blatant disregard for life! He has definitely earned his title of worst fugitive of 2013. Plenty of things separate people like us from all the Shane Franklin Millers and Kevin Patrick Stoesers of the world, but above all, we would never consider hurting those who love us.

It's hard for me to imagine anyone willing to kill a child, let alone their own flesh and blood. There's a special place in hell for Shane Franklin Miller, and hopefully The Hunt will capture him so we can convict and execute him.

I hope it's okay that I post this here, but John Walsh isn't the only former AMW personality that CNN has hired. Alisyn Camerota has just been hired by the network as an on-air anchor. Camerota was a producer for AMW back in the early 90s, and I think she may also have been a correspondent as well (I know she was on at least one Final Justice episode). www.broadcastingcable.com/news/fates-and-fortunes/camerota-joins-cnn/132414

It would be funny if The Hunt went retro and started adding correspondents but from AMW's early days such as Camerota (Brian J. Karem was one of them, drawing blanks on some of the others).
Also, this is also possibly off-topic but David James Roberts was caught 4 days after his AMW airing in 1988. So we have until tomorrow for Shane Miller to match that.
I'm hoping for that. It's not that Kevin Stoeser or Charles Mozdir would be bad direct capture #1's, but as bad as they are, Shane Miller as the first would match David James Roberts and Alan Eugene White for infamy. (I'd argue he might be the best AMW/The Hunt incarnation debut capture ever if that happened!)

Already I've read some online comments already complaining that the show is "not like AMW at all." Of course not, it's being billed as a new series! I agree with some of the criticism- for instance- some thought it went too slow and missed the fast pace of AMW- the show made a deliberate choice to go slower but I thought it went TOO SLOW even though it was intentional in the beginning. Ok, interview the hairdresser, but don't waste air time showing hair being done artfully that really has nothing to do with the case. John Walsh is talking about drawing in younger viewers but a faster pace you'd think would more likely draw in younger viewers with their short attention spans (hey, I'm one of them However, once they discussed the murders of Sandy and their daughters themselves and delved into "The Hunt" for Shane Miller, while I wouldn't call it fast paced, the old AMW feeling that you were chasing the bad guy too and what made the show so addicting returned. And I do agree I wish there was more than one fugitive an episode (he keeps talking about how they were an old and tired show towards the end and I and most of the posters here thought the show improved by leaps and bounds in its' last year on Lifetime which contradicts the "old and tired" argument. I don't think Walsh, as much as I've idolized him in my life, realizes or appreciates how bad things got on Fox in between 2010-2011 and how much better the show was on Lifetime.) However, people have to be willing to accept change and hope the new show takes constructive criticism into account and improves along the way. I still liked The Hunt even with there only being one fugitive and I feel like I will REALLY like next week's show with there being two. Even Brad Bishop's case- expected to take up the whole hour on July 27th- in my opinion is the fugitive where an entire hour makes the most sense and I think it will be a really interesting show.

The main website has updated the profile summaries for Stoeser and Modzir. Stoeser is described as someone who seeks out vulernable children online, and Modzir indicated that he wanted to flee to Mexico or Japan, even though his vehicle was found all the way in Georgia.

Not downplaying the tragedy of MH17 by any means but I think tomorrow night will be our first test when it comes to airing The Hunt when a breaking news story is taking place. I hope they show BOTH the new episode and the Shane Miller rerun. My fear is they may only show the new episode so they can continue coverage of MH17 when you never know- Shane Miller could potentially get caught off that rerun. (In my opinion- that would be even more incredible that being caught off the new airing and it would prove the value of reruns!). We'll see what happens. The Hunt is a ratings success so far so I hope they don't mess with it tomorrow night. (Not to sound callous but it would be one thing if MH17 happened tomorrow, but it happened Thursday. They can spend 2 hours without coverage of it).

Just re-watched The Hunt's first episode and liked it even better on second viewing. I think this just takes some getting used to.

Hey Charlie, if you don't have a DVR the new episodes are repeated 3 hours later usually. The Hunt's airing time depends on area, so if it comes on at 9 PM eastern for you it will be re-aired at midnight, if the new episode comes on at 8 PM Central it will be rerun at 11 pm. This is also assuming CNN doesn't choose to continue breaking news coverage of the plane shot down last week as opposed to airing the reruns. Hope this helps!

Okay CNN is airing news instead of the 8PM scheduled rerun of Shane Miller's episode (according to my guide). We had better get the new episode at 9PM!

As I feared, CNN airing more coverage of MH17 and the Gaza conflict rather than the Shane Miller rerun for the east coast. At least The Hunt's 9 PM show looks like it will be aired, but so much for more eyes to get him. Wish they could air the rerun on sister station HLN at least if they were going to do this. I am NOT saying these issues aren't important, but usually when CNN does this they have nothing new to add to a breaking news story that can't be saved for later.
What's the point of specifically mentioning The Hunt will air reruns unlike AMW (up until the year on Lifetime) if you're not going to actually air the reruns?
This was part of my fear with a cable news channel. VERY disappointed Shane Miller is losing at least a six-figure number of extra eyeballs.
