Very true, he still needs medications and the question is if alive... how exactly is he getting those medications?

Very true, he still needs medications and the question is if alive... how exactly is he getting those medications? This is a great question, I’m not an medical expert, but prescription insulin in America is $1,200, Walmart sells ReliOn for $25 per vial, but it may not as effective depending on his condition of diabetes . If anything he’d be a lot better off getting it in Canada for $35 per vial for the stuff that is effective.

Yeah I'd say he's in Canada if it wasn't for all the evidence he's on the Atlantic Coast because of that. However he or someone else could order online on the "black market" and have medication sent to him.

However he or someone else could order online on the "black market" and have medication sent to him. That’s a good point. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are more insulin black markets that spring up because of the soaring costs. In a way, though: the costly insulin amounts may be serving as a benefit to the FBI in this case. I wouldn’t be surprised if Palmer has contemplated surrendering at some point because of his inability to get insulin and its adverse effects upon him. I know I have said this before here, but every endocrinologist and pharmacist in the country should have a poster of this man.

In my opinion, the FBI needs to really think about personalities in how they distribute flyers. Lamont Stephenson for example was a loner who didn't really have any friends and had only a little family in the South. In my opinion, he could have been caught sooner if they distributed his flyer to homeless shelters.

Given with what’s happened to Rick McLean on the U.S. Marshals List, I think Eugene Palmer will face a similar fate in the near future hopefully.

Have there been any updates on this case as of late as far as where Palmer may be? The FBI seemed hot on his trail just a few months ago, and then nothing...

I have never really been convinced that he’s still alive.

It could go either way or he could have died while on the run.

Eugene Palmer will probably and more likely go down the same way Yaser Said did because realistically, Palmer can’t really do things without having someone assist him… regardless of he’s in good health or not, hence why I think they were hot on his trail, and I believe they still are.
Again they didn’t get Yaser Said in 2017 when they almost had him but they knew they were close to nabbing him. Same thing now, if nothing panned out in the summer of 2021, it’ll be a matter of time before law enforcement gets the upper hand in this case.

An article from December 2021, states that it’s believed Eugene Palmer may be in the Adirondacks region in Upstate New York, as “reports state that he has relatives that live there. Also off topic, but of all fugitives currently on the Top Ten, I’d say I’d increase the reward for Palmer to $250,000 just to flush him out quickly or force whoever has been aiding him to either give him up. wgna.com/fbi-one-of-americas-most-wanted-could-be-hiding-in-the-adirondacks/

Unfortunately today 7/20/22, Eugene Palmer has been removed from the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted List, and is still at large as of this posting as he’s been moved to the murders section of the FBI.

As I said elsewhere, it is sad but I understand the decision. Whether he's alive or not, the threat to the public subsides the older he gets. Of course the likelihood he is deceased by now if he wasn't already as well.
