Even if he wasn’t there, that to me indicates they have information that could crack the case wide open. I wouldn’t doubt he is getting help on the run with his advanced age and health issues.

Everything that’s been going on in recent weeks and months with Eugene Palmer, makes me believe that they’re onto him. If Palmer is in, or had been in those places, he would fit in perfectly well. |

Pretty odd but Eugene Palmer is case of the week, and in all honesty it’s rare for a Top Ten Fugitive to be case of the week unless they’re the latest addition. It is almost the 9th anniversary since the murder of Tammy Palmer, but usually during anniversaries of Top Ten Fugitives they are bumped up.
Also with what’s happened recently, with the raid on his granddaughter’s home, and with 2 county jurisdictions in Virginia and North Carolina sharing information, they must have found something or developed credible information since the raid in August.

It is almost the 9th anniversary since the murder of Tammy Palmer, but usually during anniversaries of Top Ten Fugitives they are bumped up. Also with what’s happened recently, with the raid on his granddaughter’s home, and with 2 county jurisdictions in Virginia and North Carolina sharing information, they must have found something or developed credible information since the raid in August. I wouldn't actually be surprised if he surrenders. It sounds like the circle is closing in on him. |

If Eugene is ever caught alive, I can't wait to hear from all his family members that have complained for nearly a decade that he's dead and for the FBI to stop harassing them.

I’m not accusing anyone of anything, but if they are hitting a house, they had reliable information that someone they were looking for was there. Again, I am not accusing family of harboring him, but the FBI isn’t going to willy-nilly raid homes of family members of a wanted fugitive. |

Yeah I'm in a tightrope as while I always let other members express themselves, as the forum admin I want to be careful in directly accusing anyone so the site doesn't get in trouble legally.
I do feel free to state my private citizen opinion though while stressing its only an opinion and not proven fact, and I will state how much I didn't like or trust Eugene's sons when I saw them interviewed on The Hunt.

Yep, and I want to stress, I am never trying to put you or anyone else in a sticky situation. Not accusing the Palmer family of anything, either. Here is the thing: I found out watching the AMW profile that he gave his money for taxes before fleeing. Why would someone do that and then go off and kill themselves as his family has suggested? I really have a problem with that. |

I'm going to be honest there have been times where despite what I just said I pretty much have accused family members, I just do it in indirect and passive aggressive ways so I can get away with it lol.
But yeah it doesn't make a sense a guy would care about taxes if he was planning to kill himself.

Lol Yep, I prefer that change, haha. I wouldn’t be surprised if there is more of a publicity blitz on Palmer in the coming weeks. They aren’t going to randomly post his poster on Twitter after that information about his case being shared by agencies in Virginia and North Carolina. I’ll say it again: it appears the FBI is on the verge of cracking this case wide open. |

One thing I must point out is that someone, not necessarily family and I’m not accusing them, is hiding Eugene Palmer, because if he had been on the run solo without anyone aiding him, don’t you think if Eugene had kicked the bucket while on the run, law enforcement would’ve done a wellness check and discovered him dead and confirmed he’s a deceased Top Ten fugitive after an autopsy?
At Eugene’s current age, regardless if he’s healthy or not, Eugene is in no condition to live alone. Even if he lives alone, someone has access to the house/apartment as well as watching after Eugene, because 9 years without a trace of him, and being in an age where he can’t really do much, someone has to be keeping him in a private residence.

I do know it was remarked in the past on this forum that his health problems appear to be exaggerated, and that could very well be the case. At his age, diabetes needs to be treated very seriously. Only way I could see him obtaining insulin on the run is if someone is assisting him. |
