A commenter on the Facebook fan page mentions that ID filmed in their house for the segment on "the pedophile from California".
That doesn't exactly narrow it down (no offense to California, it's just it's a big state!), but another case we can now say will be on the show.

Sounds like an excellent series premiere to me! I feel there's a reasonable shot at one direct capture, if not both fugitives!

Today's (December 26th) official "In Pursuit with John Walsh" Facebook page has a post/preview where John Walsh says "I'm not closed to finished and these fugitives are still out there"- they then quickly show the faces of 12 fugitives who I presume will be among the cases this season, the following I was able to tell right away. The ones I couldn't I put a question mark next to. The faces look familiar but I'm blanking. I'm sure once one of you are able to figure it is I'm going to hit myself at how obvious it was lol.
1. Jihad Ramadan 2. Gloria Schulze 3. ? 4. Derek Dean 5. Alicia Osibin 6. ? 7. Thayne Smika 8. ? 9. ? 10. Lamont Stephenson 11. Harold "Butch" Knight 12. Frederick "Rick" McLean (probably the child molester from California fugitive referenced earlier).

Actually just realized #9 is Brian Keith "Kewee" Freeman so it's only 3, 6 and 8 now I'm trying to figure out.

Derek Dean and Alicia Osibin are excellent but unexpected choices. Their cases are both really tragic, serious and the fugitives themselves should be among the easier ones to locate.
No idea as to who #6 and #8 are. They may have threads on this forum but under different photos.
Gloria Schulze was somewhat unexpected but a reasonable cold case fugitive choice. Unlike other longtime fugitives, I feel she could be apprehended through public tips.

6 and 8 look so familiar but I cant say who off the top of my head. Not to brag but Gloria Schulze was one of my case suggestions. Also not to brag but all cases so far were already on our forum.

I wonder if Santiago Mederos, Alejandro Castillo, Eugene Palmer, or Greg Alyn Carlson will be aired?

Toptenhunter copy and paste the facenook post and you'll see the video and photos to judge for yourself! In my opinion none of them look like any of them and they're both seemingly Hispanic so that rules out Eugene Palmer and Greg Carlson.

I saw the video and I don’t recognize them at, and I’m shocked to see Thayne Smika will be aired on In Pursuit. Last time he was aired was on the first season of The Hunt nearly 5 years ago. I really think Smika should be added after the fact to the FBI Top Ten if a slot opens up.

Yeah I was going to take the high road since I thought I'd sound critical by saying I was surprised but Thayne Smika sort of surprised me too. There's nothing wrong with trying out a before 1990 case but I was surprised to see they chose a pre-1990 case from the most recent John Walsh-aired show as opposed to someone from AMW that hasn't aired for a while like a Lance Bedgood or Teddy Ellis or Joseph Sinnott Edwards (or a new case) that could use a fresh look also. (I'm not criticizing the selection, just saying I wasn't expecting him).
However for all we know perhaps The Hunt got very close to capturing him and for obvious reasons they're keeping that under wraps and that's why he's getting another airing.
Considering this is the second consecutive John Walsh-aired show Smika has aired on, perhaps he is a candidate for the top ten list and that could be a reason for the continued publicity as well.

I really hope they choose someone like John Gentry for the second season since he hasn’t been aired on The Hunt or Isn’t expected to be on In Pursuit this season. Also it’s pretty cool we’re getting 12 episodes unlike the 8 for The Hunt. Also I saw that there was mention that they would feature 2 missing persons an hour? Is it going to be similar to Live PD when they feature the missing persons?

John Gentry would be an excellent choice! I can't believe his name slipped my mind (also just a note to any outside readers since in the past people misread our posts on upcoming seasons of The Hunt about wanting something as it actually happening on the show to please keep in mind to distinguish when we suggest a case as opposed to when we specifically mention a case airing).

Oh and sorry as far as the missing children thing it sounds like just 2 brief mentions an episode a la Live PD but not 100 percent on that
