Does anyone know why RCQ wasn’t charged with Albert Radelat and John Clay Walker’s murders? Did they fall under Mexican jurisdiction? That’s what I suspect because it wasn’t the reason they sought his extradition (they had to have something besides Camarena’s murder to charge him with to extradite him).
I could see a civil suit in state court against RCQ, and that may have even happened for these murders. However (and someone can correct me if I am wrong), I haven’t seen any US criminal charges for Radelat’s or Walker’s killings.

Tbh, I don't even bother to update the legal rulings anymore since there seems to be so many of them and RCQ seems to lose every case but still not get extradited since his lawyers appeal and/or he is still technically in hiding. It's nice to know legally speaking it seems to be easier than in the past to send him back, but unfortunately they still have to find him first.

I’ve been checking twitter and it appears a helicopter involved in the capture of Caro-Quintero may have crashed and it’s not known if Caro-Quintero was onboard. Also here’s a picture of Caro-Quintero in custody.  |

According to the Washington post it says the only people on board were several Mexican marines so Caro quintero is alive and will face justice for his crimes as he has an indictment waiting for him in New York City for cocaine trafficking
