If you're a Breaking Bad fan you've likely seen it already but I am really glad that Better Call Saul has not disappointed so far. It's on tonight at 10 PM on AMC. It started off slow but is now getting intense following Mike from Breaking Bad's background. Although in fairness Mike was my favorite character from Breaking Bad so I am a little biased.  |

That reminds me, I need to watch the American Crime episode I missed last Thursday. Sort of off-topic but I just realized we passed 10,000 posts on our forum! The "official" count is 9,200 but it doesn't include deleted posts, deleted double posts, and stuff like that. If you go to the forum main page and click on the latest thread it will say scroll to and the number of the post. Hard to believe we have that many posts now!

Okay this is ridiculous. The FBI now has the Thomas Hunter case featured on the front page of their cases website, even though Anthony Garcia was arrested for that case TWO YEARS AGO! This while the FBI has since taken Heather Jean Johnson and Henry Enriquez off their website, even though they are both most likely still wanted. *sigh*

I noticed that too. I think Garcia is still scheduled to go on trial. And it's not just Johnson and Enriquez. Albion Frett is also off the site despite the fact he's still at large. And Lisbio Couto's also now off the site- I checked Orange County warrants and there's still an active warrant for his arrest. (Also, I promise I will profile Couto eventually, he's not on the immediate schedule though.) For such a violent fugitive, it's surprising to me.

It's nice to see him still tracking down bad guys. Still miss seeing all the correspondents on a national level. Can someone please bring AMW back and find a man or woman just as dedicated as Walsh was already? |

I know I've harped on this before but besides Fox bringing back shows, a lot of other tv shows are also being brought back all over the place. They revived the Odd Couple, the tv show Heroes is being revived, Coach, and even FULL HOUSE! Yet we can't get AMW back or even Unsolved Mysteries. Let's bring back every tv show on the planet besides the two that actually made a difference.

Actually naming a host shouldn't be too hard, I agree. There's a few good candidates out there. It's filling Walsh's shoes that will be the hard part. But I believe forum member Tom Morris or another former correspondent or Elizabeth Smart would do great jobs in following Walsh's amazing legacy.

I'm going to be a little bit busy early this week and the beginning of next week so I won't be on the forum as much. (I'm on a secret crime fighting mission- I'm probably lying but it sounds really cool!). So please don't be offended if I don't reply to threads or anything like that. Thank goodness, I was posting so many cases a day partly to make up for the fact no one else was posting cases. I'll probably still continue to post two cases a day anyway, but still, at least now I won't feel I HAVE to! LOL |

For anyone who has been wondering why I've been doing a lack of posts here recently, both in new threads and case replies, I have a girlfriend now which takes up more of my time. However I do aim to do another posting blitz of threads that appeal to me or that I can do decent comments for soon. Also I will have the 2015 Contenders List updated soon. |
