Just a note that some of you may have noticed the photos in the case threads I post are smaller than they used to be. That is because the old way I used to save photos on our site, via archive.org, has unfortunately become unreliable, the site malfunctions or then says a photo isn't saved when I did save it and because of that I have been forced to download photos as attachments instead. The catch is the attachments shrink the size so I'm darned if I do and darned if I don't. However, you will see my mention that if you click on the photo it will enlarge it. And also in the darned if I do category, unfortunately you can only click to enlarge if you are a member or logged in. Although that's not the reason, this may ironically help the forum out though in that it may encourage someone to join that otherwise would have. But you have to make do with what you have and for the moment at least it seems that attachments that shrink the photos verses an unreliable archive site are the less bad of two bad options. Hopefully this won't be too big a problem in the future, but wanted to explain.

Some of you may notice me adding more recent fugitives than usual (if I can fit them in) and that is because I want to for the most part clear my old lists to focus on breaking news or adding fugitive stories that are from this new (and albeit crappy so far) decade. Right now the plan is to at least fill out the remaining of my pre-planned fugitives, and after that I no longer plan to have a planned schedule of cases it's a matter of just adding as few or many I like of pre-2020 cases per day, and trying to keep up-to-date in not overwhelming the forum but at least adding a case or two of post-January 1st, 2020 cases I can. Figure I might as well take advantage of our somewhat of a down-time with the coronavirus pandemic to make some of my past lists lighter.

Finally done with planned pre-2020 cases to add and now it will just be adding leftovers whenever I feel like it! Ironically breaking news cases are interrupting me clearing old lists, but I'm clearing old lists to focus on breaking cases anyway so I guess they cancel each other out.

Found out Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers is no longer taking tips. Thankfully I think their number is a general number for Crime Stoppers and P3 tips is a general app but still disappointing to see a valuable resource no longer available.

Some of you may noticed the fugitives and/or case of the week is a bit unique week. To support the Black Lives Matter movement, I wanted to highlight some of the cases that I felt beat represented it. O'Neal Moore was likely murdered by racists, Jerry Lee Armstrong is missing but presumed murderer by racists and Rojai Fentress is an African-American who I believe is wrongfully convicted, and part of why is corrupt detectives. Once again we support both law enforcement and Black Lives Matter at the same time and the two don't need to be mutually exclusive.

I want to clarify I didn't pick Ryan Kedar this week because he's white but because with Live PD being cancelled, I wanted to profile one of their case to somewhat make up for it. I think we all can agree that regardless of whether we agree with the overall cancellation or not, the missing and wanted segments were two of the good things it did.

Received a cryptic and frustrating email with a tip on an AMW fugitve (once again we don't take tips but we won't ignore unsolicited tips)- his name is this alias and he's living in this state. While I don't want to poo-poo a person trying to do the right thing- that's all they said which was kind of a lazy tip. The person never emailed me back when I asked them to give more specifics such as what town in that state, if they have an address etc.. so I had to send a tip to Crime Stoppers basically saying "unfortunately they gave me a lack of additional information all they said was name and state and I don't have a specific town and address but I hope this is somewhat helpful." I just got a reply back from Crime Stoppers saying they need more information such as specific town address etc... I literally f-ing acknowledged in the e-mail they unfortunately didn't give me that information.
I admit it was a frustrating tip but a bit annoying I got berated by Crime Stoppers for not giving them enough information when I literally had already apologized for not having enough information and had already acknowledged I didn't have specifically what they requested.
This is why people trust John Walsh and no one else lol.

A bit disappointing that the Crime Stoppers employee of all things didn’t understand your situation because you were given such little information. Yeah, I also see why people prefer to go straight to the Walshes if possible.

Just a note I've been getting more personal requests for help than usual in the past few weeks but some cases I'm purposely holding out on making some of them cases of the week because the longer I wait the more likely it is In Pursuit is finally preparing for season 3 (when so far I've seen no indication they are and they may be delayed by the pandemic), so making those cases of the week will be my way of passively aggressively suggesting cases to them once they start reading our site again lol.

It's a good problem to have but I quite exhaustingly updated half of the 2020 Forum-Exclusive Fugitives as captured in the past few hours. Even though I'm the admin, just a polite request for our fellow excellent members to please also check up on our recent fugitives from time to time so I don't feel so overwhelmed and/or update three straight hours of captures.

I realize I've said it more than once and there's more important issues but once again I ask if anything notices a type-o or inaccuracy on this site, please private message me rather than pointing it out publicly. I'm not perfect, and typos will happen occasionally because it's just natural with so many postings and updates, so I'd rather big deals not be made out of them the rare times they happen.

I guess 912th is the only one who can relate to me on this since he's the only other poster who makes yearly most wanted lists but one thing underrated about 2020 because of everything else that has happened is how many fugitives committed terrible crimes this year and there's currently like at least five candidates if not more that could be my #1 Most Wanted at the end of the year currently. Jose Villarreal-Hernandez is ineligible to be #1 for me because I prefer keeping the John Walsh tradition of the #1 fugitive being someone charged in the same year as the wanted list year and he was charged in 2018, but unlike say last year where Jory Worthen was probably a pretty obvious pick, this year no one stands out because so many are unfortunately equally terrible. There's still a month and a half for someone to make themselves someone who has to be my year's most wanted although I am obviously not rooting for anything horrific to happen. But right now if I had to pick a #1, it would honestly be a struggle and difficult decision.

You also forgot Jorge Rico Ruvira is a pretty awful guy, he murdered his significant other and kidnapped their 3-5 year old son and that happened in January of this year.

He was added to the list in 2020 but has been wanted before this year. And yeah not to ruin the surprise but Rico-Ruvira is one of the five candidates lol

And yeah I don't want to ruin anything else too much (912th can private message me if he wants to guess) but my current #1 is someone wanted for only one incident but I fear is a potential serial killer. However it's a race between him, Rico-Ruvira, yet another guy I fear is a potential serial killer, another guy who I feel already counts as a serial killer, and a guy wanted for a somewhat similar crime to Jory Worthen. And right now I can make a case for all five and my current #1 is not a runaway frontrunner and it can change to any of the others I mentioned. So yeah unfortunately reflective of the year I guess.
