Can't believe I forgot to mention this but this past January 1st marked the 6-year "anniversary" of Yaser Said's terrible crime. A new local article talks about the case and the documentary about him. Also, after everything Bill Warner uncovered it's hard to learn yet ANOTHER new aspect of this case, but the article mentions another reason to believe Said is still in the U.S. and not in his native Egypt is he's actually wanted for ANOTHER MURDER in Egypt. I believe I remember reading about that somewhere else (I think it was some man he got angry at and shot but please don't quote me on my terrible memory), but I completely forgot about that and this shows even more how dangerous Said is. dallas.culturemap.com/news/city-life/01-01-14-6-years-double-murder-yaser-said-sisters-irving-police-report-price-honor/

According to PI Bill Warner, Yaser Said may have possibly been spotted at the Port Authority in NYC driving a yellow cab mini-van. The following is what he says happened, and whether this is Said or not, it provides good information: "Got a call from a contact in New York two days ago, reportedly Honor Killer Yaser Said was driving a Yellow Cab Mini-Van in the Port Authority NYC Area he was spotted at about 6:00 pm just starting the night shift. The Port Authority NYC is at W 42nd Street and 8th Ave Times Square New York City. In September 2013 I and two other private investigators went to New York City looking for Yaser Said we stayed at a upscale hotel in Times Square on the corner of W 47th Street and Broadway just 5 blocks from where Yaser Said was spotted at the Port Authority The Port Authority Bus Terminal in Midtown Manhattan is a major hub for commercial and commuter bus lines serving New York City it is at W 42nd Street and 8th Ave Times Square. From information from the contact in NYC it appears that the contact had hailed a cab at the Port Authority Bus Terminal and told the cab driver he wanted to go to Grand Central Station. Getting to Grand Central Station from Port Authority is just 8 city blocks, the contact told me the Yellow Cab driver (in a Mini-Van) was not communicative with him, the cab driver did not make eye contact, the driver was working the night shift just like what Honor Killer Yaser Said always did. The contact told me, just two days ago, that the Yellow Cab driver was a dead ringer for Yaser Said and when the cab driver did speak it was in a low guttural tone, just like Yaser Said. The Yellow cab driver did not get out of the vehicle but my contact told me he did sit up tall in the drivers seat, Yaser Said is 6′ 1″ tall." Some more info that could help here is Warner has mentioned Said always worked the night shift in Texas- from 6 AM-6 PM, and often picked up drunks coming out of nightclubs and strip clubs. I am surprised to hear Said may be in a regular NYC minivan cab since you have to be licensed (I figured he'd drive a gypsy cab or nondescript cab), but as Warner says, it is rather easy for someone to rent a cab in NYC. What I'd like to know is if this contact wrote down the driver's medallion number or four digits that are usually displayed on the top of a New York City taxi. Even if Said is not the owner, the owner could provide information on who the man is that rented from him, so I really hope so. Do we really need ANY more info on this guy thanks to Warner and AMW's excellent work. I feel the net getting closer, so let's get him already! billwarnermyblog.wordpress.com/category/yaser-said-wanted-in-muslim-honor-killing-of-daughters/

A new Bill Warner article goes into detail on the alleged sexual molestation of Sarah and Amina at the hands of Yaser Said: It's a bit too graphic to post here but I will post the link below. Apparently Said was charged with felony "retaliation" after his wife Tissie filed a complaint alleging he threatened to kill her and take the children after he was being indicted on December 17th, 1998 for "sexual penetration" of his daughters. The charges were dropped on January 12, 1999, when Amina and Sarah recanted, saying they had lied about the abuse because they didn’t like their school. Yaser was not arrested for alleged retaliation until March 22, 2001. That charge was also dismissed after Tissie refused to cooperate with prosecutors and Yaser agreed to take an anger-management course. There is also think of many cab companies not wanting to hire Yaser Said because they considered him "crazy". One owner did use him because Yaser Said was willing to go anywhere, even dangerous spots at night. billwarnermyblog.wordpress.com/category/yaser-said-wanted-in-muslim-honor-killing-of-daughters/

If I weren't as emotionally under-reactive as I am, I'd have just about screamed when I heard the audio-taped descriptions of Said's abuses! The sexual assaults are precisely the reason John Walsh and much of the deepest AMW fanbase named Said their #1 most wanted fugitive of '008. Now I'm even more afraid that Said could be hurting more children today. If anyone had any reservations about me naming Said my Public Enemy #1 following Jose Luis "Smiley, Peanut" Saenz's capture, this latest link is your answer. This is a wake-up call to all parents who think they've seen him around their daughters. Call the proper authorities and bring Said to justice before another child gets hurt!

Wow they even added an age-enhanced photo of Said. Hopefully this addition will finally lead to his arrest and we will all be ecstatic!

I know he hasn't been caught yet but I am so much more hopeful we will see justice now which is why I am so thrilled he's been added. I kept saying the FBI has to handle this case!

He hasn't been caught yet, but this news is among the next best things! This breaks Jose Luis "Smiley, Peanut" Saenz's record for highest ranked AMW Annual Top Ten fugitive to be added to the FBI's Top Ten. So the rule of FBI Top Ten fugitives ranking low on Walsh's year-end Top Ten has an exception. And if there are anyone out there who think Islam or Islamism had anything to do with this new addition, I have to make it abundantly clear: Said is now a suspect in 2 murders, one of them a 17 year old, and a person of interest in a 3rd murder in Egypt. Plus, detectives are slowly collecting evidence that he molested his daughters when they were younger, and he may be hurting more children today!

I think back when Walsh made Said his #1 there may have been indications back then that Said wasn't going to be added to the list anytime soon. But six years later with the case still unsolved, the pressure to catch him growing even more, a documentary on the case, and a new FBI director, it was the perfect storm to finally get this guy on the list. In my opinion, one of the best additions they've ever made.

Anyone else surprised that cnn.com has yet to do a news story on the addition? I realize they're mainly occupied with other news, but surely they can get one site editor to do a story on this, especially since CNN airs The Hunt.

Actually yeah it is a little surprising. There's a lot of important news stories going on right now but they can at least mention it on their website. Of course, Said has a great chance of making The Hunt now. But I'm hoping with the increased publicity from the addition he's caught before they can air him. (Not that I don't want the Hunt to catch him if it takes that long, but I don't want it to take that long. )

I'd like to make a correction. It actually wasn't Egypt but Abu Dhabi where Yaser Said committed the alleged murder of his co-worker before coming to the U.S., according to one of the filmmakers on The Price of Honor: “We know Yaser Said murdered someone in another country, and he was here in the U.S. because his father bought off the cops,” Nejad said. “We believe that while living in Abu Dhabi, Said finished a shift at work, left and waited for a coworker to leave then ran over him several times.” “The last time we were in Texas we decided to approach the Said side of the family and tried talking to one of Yaser’s brothers. I went by myself, with no camera, but his daughter said they didn’t want to talk,” Nejad said. “I left, but later got an angry phone call where I was threatened. I felt personally attacked. The Said family is capable of so much, and they have a history of domestic violence.” Pamos said they believe the Said family has a lot of contacts. “There’s no way to talk to that Said family,” Pamos said. cheatersflorida.wordpress.com/tag/neena-nejads-team-films-documentary-about-yaser-said-murdering-his-daughters-in-a-honor-killing-see-video/

Bumping this up since it is now exactly seven years since Said shot Sarah and Amina to death on January 1, 1998, and this is the first anniversary with Said as a member of the Top 10 List.
