This guy is really bad, and he's a recent fugitive. My guess is he didn't leave the country and is hiding on the other side of the country just like Shanika Minor.

He's apparently from Illinois and based on the FBI remarks it wouldn't surprise me if he was still in the Chicago area or somewhere in the midwest. Sometimes familiarity is key.

Yet again, more people who try to do the right thing end up getting shot and killed. Neither Mr. Brown or Mr. Reed needed to die as a result of his stupid dispute. Terry Strickland needs to get caught before he ends up killing anyone else.

He fits the bill of our typical recent case fugitive and as HeadMarshal said, this guy needs to be caught before he ends up killing anyone else. I think Chicago would be a good hiding place but he can only hide for a certain amount of time before publicity gets to him.

Strickland has been added to the FBI 10 Most Wanted list, and Gerena is no longer a Top Ten fugitive because of this addition.

Good addition, only surprise is he replaced Victor Gerena and not Marlon Jones.

He is a great addition indeed, and he's a recent fugitive that has the likelihood of being caught soon

An interesting side note is there had previously NEVER been an addition from Milwaukee before 2016. (Leo Burt was nominated from the field office, but from Madison, Wisconsin). Now with Minor and him, there's been two this year.

Milwaukee has had some luck having its first 2 fugitives in 1 year. Let's hope this is Milwaukee's first and final year of having to add Top Tenners lol (but again I like the diversity of locations too)

Milwaukee is a relatively decent sized city (although my nickname for them is Chicago Jr. LOL) so I'm sure one day in the future they will have another new addition but hopefully for their sake no more in a while.

Has it come across anyone's mind that A.D. likely did his homework and saw what Shanika Minor did wrong as a fugitive. (keep in mind she was a fugitive before A.D. even murdered anyone)

One thing I think about when "sleuthing" fugitives is I don't think they study other fugitives. They do what works for them. They're either too arrogant to think they'll get caught and/or too paranoid to worry about anyone else.
Strickland's case is also similar to Minor's in that it basically allegedly stemmed from an argument. He didn't prepare to be a fugitive but became one after his temper got the best of him. (According to the FBI account). It's not like he said I'm going to go shoot and kill two people and then buy a bus ticket here, meet my friend over here etc...
Former Top 10 Fugitive Michael Alfonso was actually a huge America's Most Wanted fan and would tell friends the criminals on the show were stupid because they got caught. Obviously, he'd eat his words.
These guys and girls are arrogant. For them, it's about establishing a game plan, getting help from friends or family, etc...

However he should be somewhere in the Mid-West, I don't think he wandered too far. Also the 18 month old child that Strickland left behind hasn't been mentioned on here at all, I know prior to his addition that wasn't mentioned, but I feel it is appropriate that the child is brought up since she is also a victim. Her father left her after his temper got the best of him as you said and now she won't have a father figure thanks to that.

I didn't even know about his child. Based on what he's been accused of he isn't much of a father figure and she's better off without him though.
