Also besides Wisconsin Strickland has ties to Illinois and Indiana so he very well could be in the midwest. Then again, Shanika Minor was found in Fayetteville, North Carolina where she had no known prior connections to.

A.D. Isn't much of a father and that we can agree on. Imagine the child growing up understanding all this, she could possibly end up hating her father for what he did. Keep in mind she's 18 months old too, and he decides to leave her abandoned in a The bedroom . I honestly don't know why some people do Children dirty, either it's a CAC, a family killer or someone who gets desperate to not get caught, like kids are their priority and they should show restraint for their sake. Anyways that rant got a little too emotional there. Before his addition I thought maybe this guy murdered because of a drug deal gone bad, a couple friends got in their feelings, a home dispute or loud music, but now that the details have come out it turns out it was renters that argued and Terry jumped into something that didn't involve him, and went crazy resulting in 2 people losing their lives and 1 young baby without her father.

Now that I think about it, I may have misinterpreted the FBI case description. It seems Strickland allegedly came in after the argument.
Logic would say the argument would have something to do with whatever his alleged motive was, but I guess coincidence isn't entirely out of the question.

It's been almost 6 days since Strickland was added and I have no reason to believe he's out of the country, but instead May have gotten in contact with his people in Illinois, another part of Wisconsin or even Indiana and that person is harboring him. What leads me to believe that is that he's been at large a bit longer than Shanika Minor and Marlon Jones because the person or persons harboring him have kept him hidden in a residence ever since his addition last Thursday.

Even Myloh Mason took like a month and a half to capture. FBI fugitives don't last long lately, mainly because the agency has been adding more recent and less difficult cases, it's just as much as half of these guys/girls seem to be captured in less than a week, and often in less than 24 hours, we shouldn't automatically expect it. (We do have the holiday season to distract us).
Perhaps he'll be caught tomorrow or by the end of the year but if not there's a full calendar year in 2017 to grab him.

To the last point you made, I would prefer Strickland caught in 2017 (not to say I don't want him caught of course I want him caught), but it could get 2017 started on the right note, but either way if he's caught before all is said and done on the 31st it gives the victims a chance to get justice and cements 2016 as an above average capture year for the Top Ten list.

I'd like to see him caught as soon as possible so I don't need to look at his ugly-ass eyebrows anymore. In all seriousness, there is no time that is a good or bad time imo. Just ASAP before they can allegedly harm anyone else.

In all seriousness, sometimes a distinguishing facial characteristic can help reel a fugitive in and Terry Strickland's got the Uncle Leo from Seinfeld angry eyebrow look going for him. (Hopefully some get the reference but I guess I have to update the fugitive look-a-like thread now LOL)
There was an episode of AMW where a fugitive had such a distinct look to him he was caught within a day. I remember once (they're in the capture directory but I can't recall the names off-hand) they aired like two 15 seconds of shame child molesters right after each other, who were probably the ugliest fugitives I'd ever seen on the show. They were both captured within a week because they stood out so much.
So if a guy has a scrunched up nose or weird eyebrow or whatever, sometimes it actually helps in identifying them.

Oh wow thanks for the update. Whether it's Strickland or not, at least it's giving him some more attention in the Chicago area (and the carjacking is getting more attention as well.)

No problem, it's part of being on the job especially on the holidays LOL. Hopefully this does lead to Strickland, but I feel that he's a bit unpredictable to some extent.

On one hand the physical descriptions don't seem to match up. On the other hand, witness descriptions are never entirely accurate. Everything happens so fast, it's hard to remember all the details unless you're hypnotized or something.

That is true. But at least they are giving Strickland a bit of publicity because of this carjacking. I was beginning to wonder if this is/was actually Strickland, it would show how dangerous and unpredictable he is right now while a fugitive, of course any fugitive would be considered dangerous and unpredictable as well.
