I actually think it would be more likely if Fisher was captured through a traffic stop, but he’s at least catchable. Also let’s add that if the FBI wanted to remove him, they wouldn’t have added those age progressed images nearly 3 years ago, and it was multiple images not just 1 or 3. True, and I agree with that, but he is getting close to the amount of time that passed before Godwin was removed and other Top tenners. Sadly, the more time he spends on the run, the less likely he is to make a mistake.

I don't know as to why I think this but I think that I'd read somewhere about tiny little towns or villages in the Grand Canyon where the only way in or out is by donkey back, but could there be a chance that he could be living down in there somewhere? Is it possible that Fisher is so demented that he if he is still living out there in the Arizona wilderness could it be possible that he could've lived out there long enough that he's gone cannibalistic and eating animals dead or alive I mean I think that anyone who paints blood from a dead elk over himself as well as well as swim Rambo knife in between his teeth style like and threatens Fishermen with that same blade....... I mean who's not to say that he's turned all cannibalistic desert mountain man after all these years? ?? Also could it be possible that with him being such an expert with weapons as well as military trained for who's not to say that somewhere on the Arizona/California border Fisher has joined an anti government milita?

Anti government militia or small "donkey town" makes more sense than this whole survivalist angle sometimes dangled about. I think Fisher was trained enough to be a survivalist for a few years, but it's a lot harder to be a survivalist for 18 years.
If Fisher is still alive, he's on land and in a town, city, or foreign country.

I must point out that there are also many properties with about 10-110 acres of land for sale miles away from any town in the states of California, Nevada, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota, Montana, New Mexico, & Arizona. All Fisher would have to do is put a camper or mobile home and park it there and nobody would bother him or suspect him. He could be in a “donkey town” and would pretty much try to walk the balance of keeping to himself and also at the same time, talk to people as to not bring any attention by being too “to himself”. An anti government militia is likely as well, but then these organizations tend to have informants and Fisher would have likely been captured at this point if he associated with them a lot.

What about the whole on the rarest of rare chances he's gone cannibalistic out there in the wildernesses of (not just Arizona) I mean sure there are bear, coyote, and mountain lion out there but who's not to say Fisher if he has been eating raw bloody meat? ? I mean who's not to say. I recently finished watching for the first time the Charlie Minn film on Fisher and I'm still haunted that he hasn't been caught yet, I mean I'm just nervous that he might be ending up just like Glen Gideon was removed from the top 10 list as well as the same with Victor Gerena.

Glen Godwin is still young enough to be caught one day even without the top ten list although it will be difficult.
I think Fisher resorting to cannibalism is a little bit far-fetched to be honest lol, I mean usually that's like some Jeffrey Dahmer-esque serial killer thing, not someone eating humans for literal survival.

Based on the current situation, I’ve been thinking Robert Fisher may likely be caught ALIVE one day rather than Alexis Flores ever getting caught and being brought back from Honduras. In the last several years we’ve seen fugitives on the run for 18, 25, 45, and even 50 years on the run end up getting captured or their remains located, so even longtimers will eventually go down, sometimes it could be that tips dry up on certain cases and the FBI has to remove fugitives, Brad Bishop wasn’t removed entirely on his age, but also the lack of tips. Glen Godwin, though young enough to be caught still, was removed because there weren’t any recent tips. I feel if the FBI were to remove someone from the list, unfortunately it’ll be Alexis Flores, as he’s in a country which isn’t really cooperative with extradition requests and even if things get better with Honduras’ laws, Flores can still be brought back to the U.S. without the FBI Top Ten, but deep down I hope it doesn’t come with removing Flores or Fisher and I want both to go down as Top Ten Fugitives.

You mentioned fugitive remains having been located in the past, and that reminded me of the Donald Webb case. What I am curious about: do you think some of his family members are hiding him? Personally, I don’t - his sister, from what I have read and seen, has been highly cooperative with the cops, has pleaded for Robert to turn himself in, and has one of the main investigator’s phone numbers on her cell if Robert ever contacts her. You never know, and I do know that Fisher is a loner-type, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he has been to Arizona while on the run, and probably has kept an eye on family and friends somehow.

Something made me think and I don't know if anyone has thought of this or not but what is Fisher's blood type? Cause in the Charlie Minn film about him a psychic said that she 'claims' that it might be that Fisher had another kid with another woman. I mean is Fisher's blood type a rare type, cause I would try going through hospitals where he might've been to or maybe near towards because don't they keep records of blood type?
For sure finger prints and the outside of the body may be changed to even altered but you can't get rid of it change what type of blood you have. Also from the film I heard that he was contaminated with a urinanl track disease or urine S. T.D. For sure the germs and cells if that virus might be in his blood too as well.

I wouldn't look into anything regards to psychics who are usually bs (the psychic in that documentary proved to be full of bs since she also 'predicted' his capture shortly after his documentary, quite frankly I thought it was an odd decision to have a psychic at all).
I have no idea about blood type of how helpful that is aside from identifying from if finally caught and he claims he's not Fisher and/or if he's possibly connected to another case.

I wasn't referring to the guy that they were talking about in Canada, I meant was usual doctor's visit records before the real Fisher went on the run plus I also meant check hospitals in Florida and New Mexico where they 'claim' Fisher is known to those areas.

I know what you were not referring to that, but I feel randomly identifying Fisher based on hospital searches of blood types is a stretch.

I wouldn’t give the psychic approach much merit, either. Remember how Sylvia Browne told Shawn Hornbeck’s parents he was dead when he was actually found alive?
My belief is that he is still alive, but the $1,000,000 question is where? I think he planned this out well in advance, which may explain why he’s ducked the law for so long. At this point, I don’t doubt that a campaign similar to the one the FBI did leading to Bulger’s arrest would help. Further, raising the reward amount may help, too.

They most likely have tried a campaign similar to Bulger shortly after he was captured in 2011, but even if they did, they got lucky that Bulger was with his longtime companion (the person who in a way got Bulger caught in a way and a cat also got them caught too), Fisher is a loner which may complicate things more. A reward increase may help, but one would think, if they wanted to, they could’ve done it already by now.

I hate to even think this but do you think that the FBI just doesn't care that they are just relying too much on the $100,000 reward? ? I mean the talk of about a reward increase sounds pretty logical to me but apparently it appears that they are just relying too much on tips that turn out to be smoke and mirrors or 'Wild Goose Chases' ?? What I also don't get is the fact that the only reward 'up the ante' on the infamous TOP 10ers is Jason Brown, the FBI is offering $200,000, for if the FBI's TOP 10 List treats all dirt bags and slime balls equally (for/from what I've heard and read) it seems like I don't know maybe they are more hopeful that Jason D. Brown is more open to capture of a possibility rather then Fisher. Also when I now as to think about it, do you think that the FBI is offering less to find Fisher and more for Brown because of their backgrounds......? I mean Fisher and Brown are total complete opposites, for a back ground gives us a chain which leads up to the act that they are wanted for. EXAMPLE: Jason Brown was a con-artist/con-man and knew how to handle stolen money for when he got low what did he do? Went out and bought a gun and practiced with it, then the murder of the armored car guard at the movie theater. While Fisher, on the other hand he was only known for according to his former next door neighbor Wade (from the Charlie Minn film) arguing/fighting with his wife Mary. For is it just me or do you think that the Phoenix/Scottsdale Police should look back before the crime and see as to if they (the police) were actually called to the Fisher home? I mean in the film they said that the Fisher's appeared to be a perfect family for they even accepted marriage counseling at church, for is it just me or do you think that the film possibly left out (by I don't know accident maybe) but they really didn't really talk about much of the 'signs' that trouble was brewing. For to me a background=the same as trouble brewing/building up aka 'signs' of possible EVIL, such as with Fisher as well as Jason Derek brown.
