Hello all forum members and readers alike,
It is time again for my annual most wanted list of the twenty alleged fugitive scumbags I want caught the most that our forum has profiled in the past year.
In tradition from the America's Most Wanted days, the forum year is generally considered between all cases added to our site from December 1st of the previous year to the end of November in the current forum year. I also generally like to keep the list somewhat recent, and only fugitives wanted within the past ten years (or a warrant issued within the past ten years) are usually considered. To make things even more relevant and recent, I am now erring towards even more recency and with some exceptions prefer that my list now reflects mainly fugitives from within the decade. The following are the Top 20 bad guys I want caught the most that we profiled between December 1st, 2020 to November 30th, 2021.
Although I can't 100 percent guarantee, all of these fugitives were still at large to the best of my knowledge on this posting date (December 12th, 2021).
Just a few technical notes before we get started:
-A CAPTURED stamp will appear next to the name of any fugitives captured after I made my list. You can click on the links for any further details as to where when etc.. (A DECEASED stamp will also appear if any fugitive dies or is found dead after my list comes out)
-A RETRACTED- ALREADY CAPTURED stamp will appear next to any fugitives if it turns out they were already captured before my list was made but our website was not alerted.
-Not to sound like a jerk- but the purpose of my list is to get extra publicity on an overall variety of fugitive cases that our website profiled in the past year by linking to it on our front page and not to start a debate. I ask that posters please not comment and ask why someone didn't make the list (there are so many tragic cases we profile and so many cases I felt awful about having no room for, it is simply a given some terrible cases won't make it since it's a top 20 and not Top 500 list) and/or ask why is this guy higher than this guy or otherwise trying to compare who is worse than who in some form or fashion. I'm not normally a tyrant admin but any comments in that vain will be deleted in this thread. I just don't think its fun or appropriate to make game and debate over what are still serious cases. Members, however, are free to post their own most wanted lists. We used to have Personal by Year category in the general section that combined our AMW and post-AMW personal wanted lists but I have created a separate thread since we're in a new decade:

#20: Edgar Casian-Garcia & Aracely Medina: (CAPTURED)
Casian-Garcia and Medina, whose 8- year-old son/stepson, Edgar Casian, is still missing, are wanted out of Pasco Washington and accused of horrific charges of child abuse.
Casian-Garcia and Medina's 9-year-old and 3-year old daughter were found in Tijuana Mexico in May of 2021 after fleeing from a hotel room. The 9-year-old girl stated to Mexican authorities that her father, Casian-Garcia and stepmother, Medina, would tie her up and pour boiling water over her. It is alleged that her sister was physically abused as well.
The girls' mother told police she believes Casian-Garcia and Medina took the kids to Tijuana and left them there because they were convinced they were not Edgar's children.

#19: Andre Mathis:
Andre Mathis is wanted out of Alton, Illinois for allegedly setting fire to his girlfriend's house, while seven children were still inside, on February 1st, 2021. Thankfully his girlfriend and the children survived. In addition to the alleged arson, Mathis is also facing charges of armed violence, aggravated domestic battery, child pornography and indecent solicitation of a child.

#18: Camilo Morejon:
Camilo Morejon, who I have "affectionately" nicknamed Camilo Moron, is wanted for vehicular homicide in a car crash that killed three people including his own girlfriend on October 25th, 2020 in Houston, Texas. Morejon broadcasted himself behind the wheel on Facebook Live right before the incident, bragging that he "drives better drunk."

#17: Phuong Tan Nguyen:
Nguyen is wanted out of the province of Ontario in Canada in connection with the presumed murder of missing couple Quoc Tran and Kristy Nguyen. Tran and Nguyen went missing on September 18th, 2021. It is believed one of their bodies was likely recovered from a landfill in early October 2021, but police have yet to announce the exact identification.

#16: Peter Stoyshich:
Stoyshich is wanted for his alleged role in a brutal and fatal road rage beating that occurred outside a gas station in West Dundee, Illinois on June 10th, 2021. Alex T. Hall died three days after the attack from blunt force trauma to the head. Two additional passengers in his car were also injured. Stoyshich is a resident of Belize.

#15: Justin Smith:
Justin Smith is wanted out of Philadelphia for the murder of his pregnant girlfriend, Dianna Brice. Brice went missing on March 30th, 2021, and was found dead six days later on a secluded street in Southwest Philadelphia. Authorities allege that Smith shot Brice multiple times in the head.

#14: Anthony Ojeda & Neil Garzon: (CAPTURED)
Ojeda and Garzon are wanted out of Cohoes, New York after skipping a trial in which they were criminally accused in the death of 6-month-old Eli Harmon- Ojeda.
An Albany County Grand Jury returned an indictment on June 2nd, 2021 alleging that on December 3, 2019, at a residence in Cohoes, Ojeda recklessly caused the death of Eli in his care. The child allegedly ingested methamphetamine while under Ojeda's care, and prompt medical care was not immediately sought for the child Emergency medical services were eventually called by a third party and Eli was pronounced deceased at an area hospital later that day.
Investigators believe both men are together. They were last seen on Aug. 19, 2021 at the Fuel Express located at 2754 U.S. Highway 75 in Lebo, Kansas.

#13: Hakeem-Ali Shomo: (RETRACTED-ALREADY CAPTURED)
Hakeem-Ali Shomo is wanted for his alleged role in the kidnapping, torture and murder of 22-year-old Alishah Pointer on November 4th, 2021. Shomo and six additional suspects allegedly wanted to get information on Pointer's boyfriend who they believed was responsible for the murder of Aminjas Shomo just two days earlier. Alisha Pointer had nothing to do with the homicide itself and was a completely innocent victim.
UPDATE: Shomo was captured in Kentucky literally three hours before my list came out!

#12: Javier Vargas Vasquez:
Vargas Vasquez is wanted for allegedly shooting four people at a bar in Albuquerque, New Mexico on August 12th, 2021. One person, Lawrence Anzures, was killed in the shooting.

#11: Jatavious Carroll: (CAPTURED)
Carroll is being sought by the Louisiana State Police for a double shooting that occurred on the campus of Grambling State University on October 13th, 2021. The shooting took the life of 19-year-old Damarius Murphy. Seven addition people including a 16-year-old boy were also injured.

#10: Colin Jerrick:
Jerrick is wanted out of Suffolk County New York for two separate murders in June and July of 2020. The first alleged murder happened at a party in which seven other people were shot.

#9: Alain Forget: (CAPTURED)
Forget is wanted out of Florida for failure to appear on child molestation charges. The case appears to relate to a 2017 incident in which Forget allegedly drugged and raped a 15-year-old autistic boy who later died partially from pneumonia but also "due to drugs in his system". It is believed Forget may be hiding out in West Virginia.

#8: Santos Alejandro Jimenez-Cruz:
Jimenez-Cruz is wanted out of Lucerne Valley, California for a horrific hit-and-run accident back on June 5th, 2021, that killed three young girls and severely injured a fourth passenger. The surviving victim lost one of her legs and suffered injuries to her brain, kidney and liver, as well as pulmonary and heart problems.

#7: Andre McCoy: (CAPTURED)
McCoy is wanted for his role in a mass shooting at a home in Struthers Ohio in September of 2020 that resulted in the death of 4-year-old Rowan Sweeney. The shooting allegedly happened during a home invasion robbery where one of the occupants was targeted due to their recently receiving a stimulus check.

#6: Trent Paschal: (DECEASED)
Paschal is wanted out of multiple counties in Texas after being inexplicably let out on bond this past April while awaiting trial for the murder of his wife, Savannah Paschal. Paschal also allegedly pulled a gun on police officers during a standoff before his initial arrest (he was shot but survived) and allegedly robbed a car salesman for his vehicle at knifepoint after his escape from justice.

#5: Martin Munoz:
"In Pursuit with John Walsh" fugitive Martin Munoz has been wanted out of Corpus Christi, Texas since 2016 after he was accused of molesting his four pre-teen daughters. It is believed he gave at least two of them a sexually transmitted disease. Munoz is believed to be on the run with fellow fugitive Marcelo Gomez, who was actually profiled on America's Most Wanted in 2000. Gomez is wanted for failing to appear in court in relation to a hit-and-run homicide in Georgia in 1997.
This is a case that has outraged both John Walsh and me so much, that I decided to make Munoz my lone "wanted before the new decade" exception on this year's list.

#4: Benjamin Robert Williams:
Benjamin Robert Williams aka "Bambi" is wanted out of St. Petersburg, Florida for the murder of his girlfriend, Joana Peca on July 31st, 2021. Police say the incident happened in Peca's vehicle and that she was holding the couple's 4-month-old infant when Williams shot her in the face multiple times. Her older child, a 4-year-old boy, was sitting in the backseat when it happened.
Police believe Williams may also be connected to other murder investigations in the St. Petersburg area.

Griffiths is wanted out of Orange County Florida for allegedly shooting into a car and killing 20-year-old Massania Malcolm and her 1-year-old daughter, Jordania on September 7th, 2021. Malcolm's boyfriend was also shot multiple times but survived. Griffiths had been living with the couple and the daughter before the shooting.

Dorado is wanted out of Merced California for the shooting death of Tatyanna Mariah Lopez on April 18th, 2021. Lopez was only 19 years old and pregnant, just two weeks away from giving birth. A 20-year-old man was transported to a trauma center with life-threatening injuries after allegedly also being shot by Dorado, but he survived.

On the night of September 16th, 2021, Lansing Michigan resident Brion Reynolds was supposed to take care of his three kids. Instead, he allegedly shot and killed his children's mother, Alexis. Brown and grandmother, Michelle Roper. A 6-year-old boy who was inside the house was grazed by a stray bullet. Additionally, Reynolds allegedly kidnapped his 4-year-old and 3-year-old daughters, sparking an Amber Alert. Thankfully they were later recovered, but Reynolds remains at large.
