My Dream regarding AMW, was to see Jeremy Jones a multiple serial killer frying on the electric chair as well as to see Raymond Abott arrested

Probably that the guy who killed Tara also killed Jennifer and perhaps he knew both victims personnally. Perhaps had a student a grudge against Tara???

In regards to the anonymous call it was to AMW's hotline. AMW does not have a caller ID or trace calls (or at least they claimed not to) in order to gain the public's trust. I know but the police and specific forensic units have the ability to trace calls, they also get in touch with the telecommunication operator who will reveal from which adress was passed the call, when and to who the phone number belongs. The telecommunication operator will comply to law enforcement when it is told to so.

Perhaps the killer had an old grudge with the employees of the store in the past and decide to get his deadly revenge after something went sour with him many years before. I am pretty sure that it wasn't a random killing but a premeditated one.

Back on the old amw, and in the description of the case, it was said that a witness saw Rashawn in the company of an unknown man, why a sketch of the suspect has never been made? Four other questions come to my mind, why hasn't there been any ip tracing of the anonymous caller in order to identify who she was? Why also a sketch of the woman who approached Rashawn's mother hasn't been made? Have any finger prints or dna been found on the bags? If the bags were very specific transportation numbered bags with the proper investigation through the organization who ordered these bags, you would know who ordered or where it was sold, so why hasn't any investigation been made on those leads?

I don't think the supsect is dead but laying low with a false id and living in another state. I have very rarely if not never heard of a criminal killing himself. He must have known one of the victims because he came unmasked in the mall. Also the apparence of the suspect could have changed and it doesn't help to solve the case.

If the cal 25 handgun was linked to other murders how does it come that none dared to investigate to whom it did belong and if there were any potential fingerprints that could be exploited?Normally when a gun is linked to another murder you do investigation of who owned it, where it was sold and if there were fingerprints exploitable. Even with an erased serial number with high tech forensic technology, you can make it appear again and know when it was produced , by who it was sold and to whom it was sold. I think it is a premeditated murder.

I pretty much agree with your theories. It seems obvious this guy was targeted and this wasn't a random crime of opportunity. Someone knew that he will be there at that moment and also I do remember that on amw.com it was written that the killer used a high powered assault rifle and that later the pick up used by the killers was found burnt a few blocks from the murder scene. So definitely a cold blooded murder.

I remember that case vividly, thing is that the mexican cartels often corrupted police commissionners, not morally clean entrepreneurs and politicians, so yes Derek you are correct. With South American gangs, they always had to tendancy and habit to kill people so that there won't be any snitches or possibly traces or leads that will enable policemen or any drug and law enforcement agencies to go back to them.Fidel Tonorio d'Urbina has several connections in the mexican justice system and police, not to mention several contract hitmen as well as strawmen willing to lend him a hand for avoiding to get arrested. You have to send not only the FBI but also the DEA, the US Marshals, the Rangers and the Delta Force if you really want to catch such a powerful druglord. Regarding Pedro Padilla Flores, he is certainly working as a contract killer for the cartel. Knowing how unsecure are mexican prisons and how badly corrupt is the mexican police I am not astonished that he escaped.

I remember this case, the suscpect may have had an access to law enforcement equipment through black market or stolen law enforcement properties, normally a person can't get a marshal badge like that nor a FBI windbreaker because those require a permit and written proof that you are a real member of a law enforcement agency.Perhaps with better resolution pics, also with a check if any marshal badges and FBI windbreaker were stolen and with the identikit software www.identikit.net/law_enforcement.php it will perhaps help to recognize the felon.

Probably fled to South America where he has ties or acquaintances, has certainly a fake id and keeps low under the radar.
