Gregory Tarkenton and Vincent Giattino advance.
Segundo Balaguer "Cuco" Matias, #100, Mrc 11, 1990 A flashy, high-rolling cocaine trafficker. In 1986, he met a supermodel during a trip to Hawaii. Over about a year and a half, their ties grew until the winter of 1988, when he convinced her to help him smuggle cash. In late April 1988, he shot her dead for breaking up with him. In March 1990, an AMW tipster busted him in a Los Angeles residence he'd moved into with two other women. He's now serving life in prison.
vs
Jessie Lee Baker, #175, Nvb 8, 1991 AMW was after him for shooting a woman to death in Florida and bombing a building in Texas. In Atlanta's Fulton County jail, his fellow inmates were watching the show through prison television, and they yelled "Hey, that's you!" Baker ran and hid before being arraigned for the murder and bombing.
and
Henrietta Marie Ganote, #172, Oct 18, 1991 In Lincoln, Nebraska, she went to prison for fatally beating her 15 month old daughter in 1980. She and another woman broke out of the York, Nebraska prison in 1984. The other escapee was captured quickly but Ganote vanished into hiding. She was busted in Monroe, Tennessee, married with two more small children.
vs
Neil Wilson Wilding, #198, Apl 4, 1992 In late August 1988, he broke into an apartment in Florida and sexually murdered a woman. He was connected via DNA evidence in July 1991. AMW tips led law enforcement to Oklahoma, where he was arrested on a traffic violation. He is on death row to this day.
I'll vote for Jessie Lee Baker for the comical way he went down, and Henrietta Marie Ganote for homicide of a baby.

First vote is for Baker is because of the overall worse offences and the hilarious way he was located. According to the Florida Department Of Corrections, he is scheduled to be released in 2018 however.
According to the Nebraska Department Of Corrections webpage, Ganote was released in 1995 and only got one year for escaping from jail. Due to that, I'm voting for Wilding.

I vote for Matias and Wilding. Also, this was probably answered before but which Jesse was the fugitive where on Final Justice they show a woman excitedly proclaiming "they caught Jesse!"?

Haha ok. It's just I knew it was a Jesse but wasn't sure which Jesse on AMW's capture roster it was. Thanks for letting me know.

Matias vs Baker ended in a draw, so I have to flip a coin. If heads, Cuco. If tails, Baker. Aaand... Heads! Segundo Balaguer Matias and Neil Wilson Wilding advance!
Orlando Maisonet, #120, Oct 8, 1990 In North Philadelphia, he robbed the store at which he worked, killing the owner. He stabbed an accomplice to death to prevent him from snitching. He was busted in Puerto Rico and condemned to death.
vs
Milton Gabriel English, #183, Dcb 11, 1991 During a taxi robbery, he shot and killed a cabbie and another person when they couldn't produce enough money to satisfy him. He was busted in New York and convicted of 2nd degree murder.
and
Charles Anthony Hoffman, #121, Oct 12, 1990 In June 1985, he shot a young couple to death in Sussex, Wisconsin. He was busted in Union County, Florida, assuming his dead brother's name as an alias.
vs
Gary and Orlando Fernandez, and Maria DeLoris Monserrate, #180/#181/#182, Dcb 10/Dcb 6, 1991 In July 1990, Gary Fernandez, his son Orlando, and Gary's girlfriend Maria, kidnapped and murdered a couple in a Jacksonville, Florida house robbery. Detectives connected them to the crimes via a bloody towel and a break-in at a pawn shop. All three fled to the Dominican Republic where AMW tipsters busted them over the course of 5 days.
My votes go to Orlando Maisonet because he was condemned to death, and Gary Fernandez's party because all three were caught all the way in the Dominican Republic.

Orlando Maisonet and Gary Fernandez advance by shut-out!
Gandhi Guzman, #106, Mrc 30, 1990 A Cali Cartel hitman, drug trafficker, and parole violator. He killed 2 women in Miami and wounded 4 police officers. Miami created the law enforcement posse "Redrum" to seek out him and his cohorts. An AMW tipster took him down right there in Miami.
vs
Steven E King, #158, Jly 3, 1991 AMW's first capture to go down in South America. On Halloween 1990, he robbed a store he worked at in Saginawa county, Michigan. He bludgeoned his co-workers with a hammer and stole $40 from the register. His death toll was 2 dead, 1 wounded. AMW caught him in the nation of Guyana.
and
Wardell David Ford, #118, Spt 17, 1990 An FBI Ten Most Wanted fugitive. He was known as a con man who always strove to acquire money without earning it through legitimate work. In 1983, he robbed an armored car in Detroit, killed his friend and the guard, and stole 45 Grand. He was busted in Groton, Connecticut, painting a General Dynamic Electric Boat shipyard.
vs
Robert Thomas Nauss, #123, Oct 30, 1990 A Warlocks Biker Gang vice president on the US Marshal's 15 Most Wanted list. Around the turn of 1972, he was facing charges of rape, robbery, and drug trafficking. Just before the trial, he murdered and dismembered his girlfriend and hung her head over a Pennsylvania apartment building. In November 1983, he broke out of prison for the murder. Over the following 7 years, he managed to start over with a new family in Michigan, and an AMW tipster busted him as he was driving with his wife and children. To this day, he's serving life in prison.
Even though Steven E King was caught in a little-known country on another continent, I'll vote for Gandhi Guzman for wounding 4 cops on top of killing 2 women. Ford and Nauss were both on national most wanted lists, and both were wanted in old investigations, but Nauss was also a sex offender, and he hung his victim's head over a building, so my vote goes to Nauss.

I also vote for Guzman and Nauss. To be honest, I almost voted for Steven King just because he has the same name phonetically as Stephen King.

For the first match I'm also voting for Gandhi Guzman. Also, for whatever reason I couldn't find any sentence information for both Guzman and King in any department of corrections searches.
Second match I'm voting for Nauss since I feel he was wanted for overall worse charges.

John Alexander "Dean" Riccardi, #134, Jnr 4, 1991 A mob burglar who killed his girlfriend and her best friend in 1983 by shooting them in the head in a jealous rage. The girlfriend, Connie Hopkins-Navarro, was the mother of Dave Navarro from 2 rock bands, including the Red Hot Chili Peppers. He was busted 7.8 years later in Houston, Texas, self-employed with a briefcase full of 1 Megadollar in spoils. He was condemned to death, but the judge concluded his trial was unfair, and commuted his sentence to life in prison.
vs
Joaquin Carlos Amelo-Brito, #189, Jnr 23, 1992 In March 1990, his girlfriend broke up with him. As revenge, he sexually murdered her 20 year old sister and her unborn fetus in Tucson, Arizona. AMW tipsters led the FBI to Detroit, Michigan where he was trying to call his wife. They traced his call and busted him. He has since been sentenced to life in prison.
and
Carl Anthony Terry, #161, Jly 27, 1991 He committed his first murder in the 1960s and was condemned to death. When the state of Missouri outlawed the death penalty, he was commuted to life in prison, but he escaped the correctional facility in 1990. He killed his second victim after the escape, then attacked several witnesses to his older crimes, killing 2 more and wounding 1. He was busted in California.
vs
Cesar Uriel Mazariego-Molina, #197, Apl 6, 1992 An undocumented worker from El Salvador convicted of raping his female cousin. He murdered 4 people: His own uncle, a fellow worker, a California deputy, and one other man. A tipster led cops to Plattekill, New York. They thought he was reaching for his gun, and so shot him dead.
Riccardi killed 2 women, including the mother of one of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, while Amelo-Brito was one of the few AMW captures wanted for a sex slaying of an unborn child. Terry and Mazariego each killed 4 people. I'll reserve voting until I hear a more convincing argument.
