Won't entirely spoil it until 11 PM Pacific standard time but great show and debut. I'm sorry for the reasons for the show but it was very well done.

Alright I feel enough time has elapsed now although the only thing spoiler wise is that 15 seconds of shame is back! Both Mike Hawkins and Derek Dominguez were this week's unlucky (on their part) recipients.
The missing child segments were Arianna Fitts after one commercial break and Steven Campbell after another
Also maybe I glossed over but I didn't realize how big a role Luis Frias's mother played in Jannet Reyna's tragic death- she basically lured her to the apartment and set up the trap. I'm glad she got 20 years in prison but feel she should have gotten even more.
The Butch Knight case was as weird as we already knew. It was nice seeing Callahan in the field and doing the work that (and I mean that respectfully) would take a toll on his father travel-wise as opposed to his younger days.
I hate to say I "Loved" the premiere because I don't want to sound insensitive. I HATE the reason we need In Pursuit and don't love what the family of Jannet Reyna and Sara Knight have had to go through. But I also did feel comfort in that I felt like I was watching AMW again.

P.S. Somewhat off-topic, but wanted to mention I am working on updating the cases that will be on In Pursuit this season, moving cases to Fugitives or Missing on TV if they were in exclusive sections of our site and/or making new threads for the fugitives or missing child cases we dont have on here. This is a long process so it might not be done in a day but I'll do my best as possible.

I've woken up and seen the recording from Investigation Discovery Canada. I must say that I am heavily impressed the way ID is taking this series in comparison with CNN.
First off, as Scumhunter mentioned, 15 Seconds of Shame is finally back! It was technically two eight-second segments put together, but it gets the point across nonetheless.
Both the segments of Luis Frias and Butch Knight were put together well, and I have optimism we are going to get either a direct capture and/or a missing child recovery shortly.

My one question in regards to the 15 seconds of shame though is this: Fox still owns the rights to America's Most Wanted's name logo etc... While it's unlikely, what happens if they were ever bring it back with a new host? I guess just the name of the show was trademarked but not the segments lol. But this is almost certainly a moot point anyway.

Somewhat off-topic but flipping channels and they're showing reruns of The Hunt on HLN.
So we have both post-AMW shows running simultaneously this week lol.

Finished adding all Season 1 fugitive and missing children cases that we didn't already have to our website. Phew! A lot more work than The Hunt, but that's a good thing since it means more cases!

Just a note that although I was quick I counted 45 non-parental/relative abduction fugitives from the In Pursuit drop-down tips menu. There are at least four fugitives an episode meaning 48 fugitives this season. With two being full segments it would leave three fugitives involved in a child abduction case to get a full segment.
This would be speculation on my part but based on the severity of the cases I would guess Leticia Smith and Michael Blasingame as the two full segments with one wild card. Dimas Coronado would make sense under normal circumstances, but that case is might be too recent for In Pursuit to have had time to do a full segment so it may be someone else.
Of course, this all depends on me counting correctly. And math was my only weak subject when I was in school. (Leave it to the Jewish kid to be an A student in everything but math lol).
But yeah, I guess we'll see soon.

P.S. Just to further explain, parental abduction fugitives based on episode 1 would otherwise be mentioned in the missing children briefs as opposed to 15 seconds of shame.
So with 45 non-parental fugitives it leaves 3 open slots which would either be 15 seconds of shame or a full segment and of course it would make more sense for them to be full segments.
There are also 28 missing children cases that I counted (I counted cases with multiple missing children as one case), and there will be 24 missing child brief mentions this season based on format, which lends further to what I think will happen.

I was just wondering as to if anyone in this forum could share the line up of dirt bags/s that JW and Callahan are going after in season 1 of "In Pursuit Worh John Walsh" I read that Fred McLean and Glen Chambers are going to be targeted but I just would like to know as to who else.

Hello fugitivehunter666, I moved your question into our general discussion thread on In Pursuit since I feel it didn't need it's own thread and can be answered here. Sorry, I feel so bad since this is like the 7 zillionth time I've told you you had a thread or post in the wrong section lol. It's not your fault, just as a new but still infrequent poster it makes sense that it takes time to get used to navigating this forum. Anyway all the fugitives and missing child cases can be seem from the drop-down menu at www.InPursuitTips.com

Any predictions on when we are getting the first direct fugitive capture/missing child recovery for In Pursuit?
Keeping in mind it took till week #3 for The Hunt's first direct capture, even though the AMW premieres in 1988 and 1996 only took a few days until their direct captures.

It depends since we don't know who is getting aired in the next few weeks besides Salvador Garcia and Jihad Ramadan.
Also keep in mind even if In Pursuit gets a direct capture in Mexico, it could take months or or longer to find out. Additionally, as in the past, tips have actually located suspects in Mexico in the past, but it took up to a year of legal red-tape to finally arrest them.
Our best bet is whenever the next fugitive airs that is likely in America (although I could see Mike Hawkins getting caught off his airing this week- the irony if their first ever capture was a 15 seconds of shamer but I think that would in a way be kinda cool and prove a point!).

Decided to pin our discussion to the top while "In Pursuit" is still in season.
