Just my opinion, but not ALL the killers received a lighter sentence in the Jordan Allgood case and I feel that's what the difference was. Plus it was an unknown case. Perhaps I'm just trying to justify my hypocrisy as I'm going to vote for Vargas and Drane, specifically because they received harsher sentences.

Ezerski and Chaka defeat the Riverbed Rapist and Drane 1 to 2 and advance to Round 3.
Round 2, Division 2
Eric "Doc" Franklin Rosser, #680, Ags 21, 2001 A former keyboardist for John Mellencamp on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted list. From 1995 to 2000, he served as a high-ranking member of an international child porn ring between Indiana and Thailand. He also raped a minimum of 19 girls in Indiana himself. He was busted in Bangkok, Thailand, trying to apply for a job as an English instructor.
vs
Joaquin Carlos Amelo-Brito, #189, Jnr 23, 1992 In March 1990, his girlfriend broke up with him. As revenge, he sexually murdered her 20 year old sister and her unborn fetus in Tucson, Arizona. AMW tipsters led the FBI to Detroit, Michigan where he was trying to call his wife. They traced his call and busted him. He has since been sentenced to life in prison.
and
Cesar Uriel Mazariego-Molina, #197, Apl 6, 1992 An undocumented worker from El Salvador convicted of raping his female cousin. He murdered 4 people: His own uncle, a fellow worker, a California deputy, and one other man. A tipster led cops to Plattekill, New York. They thought he was reaching for his gun, and so shot him dead.
vs
Michael Blane Brashar, #763, Spt 30, 2003 John Walsh's #1 most wanted fugitive of 2002. In 1982, he sexually murdered a 20 year old woman named Mary Ann Castille. Less than a month later, he sexually murdered a 14 year old girl named Lisa Dawn Hoag who'd witnessed the previous murder. DNA matches came back throughout the winter of 2001. On October's Eve 2003, he fled from cops after AMW tipsters flushed him out, then he surrendered in Decatur, Alabama. He's since been sentenced to life in prison.
First, my vote goes to Eric "Doc" Franklin Rosser for his higher-up role in a multinational child porn network, personally raping dozens of young girls, his history with the band famous for "Jack and Diane", and one of the few captures to go down in SE Asia. Second, Michael Blane Brashar for multiple sexual murders, including a child, getting busted 2 decades later, and because he was my only #1 Most Wanted Fugitive of the Year to go down as a Direct Capture.

Good matchups today. I also vote for Rosser and Brashar.

Eric "Doc" Franklin Rosser and Michael Blane Brashar win by shut-out.
Round 2, Division 3
George Hardebeck, #271, Oct 26, 1993 In August 1993, he shot up his family on a Ripley, Indiana farm after a heated argument. He killed his mother, two of his brothers, his sister, and his sister's husband for a total of 5 dead. 2 to 2 1/2 months later, he was flushed out of a barn in Kentucky in which he hid.
vs
Dennis James Skillicorn, #321, Oct 6, 1994 His murder spree started in 1979 when he broke into a home in Missouri and shot a man to death. Sentenced to 35 years in prison for 2nd degree murder, he was released after just over a decade. In the early to mid 1990s, he murdered 4 good samaritans in America, and traveled to Mexico where he killed a woman in a diner. On October 6, 1994, he was busted in San Diego, California 1 1/2 months after the murder of Richard Drummond, his 4th victim. Condemned to death in Missouri, he was executed in May of 2009.
and
James Vincent Sullivan, #715, Jly 3, 2002 A lifelong high-roller and rich bar hopper. On January 16, 1987, a hitman went to the door of James Vincent Sullivan's ex-wife Lita Sullivan in Atlanta, Georgia, produced flowers, pulled out a gun, and killed her with 3 gunshots. Before his capture, he'd last been seen in Costa Rica in April of 1998. He was busted living an upscale, exotic life in Cha'am, Thailand.
vs
Larry Burns, #1124, Jly 20, 2010 In May of 1986, his ex-wife had been seeking shelter from him in her mother's house in Gary, Indiana. He burst into the house, guns blazing. The mother got into a gunfight and fled when Burns' gun jammed. Then, he ran up the stairs to the bedroom and killed his ex-wife with 2 shots to the head. He'd last been seen walking out of the house with one shoe on and his boxers exposed. Starting in 1993, AMW aired him about a dozen times. 24 years later, an amw.com tipster busted him on July 20, 2010, his alias' 57th birthday, in Long Beach, California, where he'd made a living by breeding rottweilers and repairing pool tables under the name Daniel Oakes. He was convicted and sentenced to 7 decades in prison.
First, my vote goes to Dennis James Skillicorn, not because he had a higher death toll, but because he wouldn't stop killing until he was busted. Second, Larry Burns. He was busted after a longer time, he had more airings on AMW, and he was busted on his alias' birthday.

Holy crap this is my toughest vote yet! We have a horrific family murder with 5 victims vs. basically a serial killer who may not have stopped for the first. And two very cold and notorious cases for the second. One unique for the exotic location and cold case factor, and the other unique for how long and how many airings it took.
I hate doing the coin toss, but I did it for this round, and so the coin-toss winners are Hardebeck and Sullivan.

I also vote for Skillicorn and Burns. An added note is that Skillicorn was one of the few AMW direct captures to be sentenced to death (and one of the even fewer to be executed).

First one's tough. Skillicorn was a dangerous spree killer, but Hardebeck killed almost his entire family. For the fact that the victims were his own blood, my votes for Hardebeck.
The second one, I'm voting for Burns, due to him being profiled more times over many years, and the fact that the capture showed no matter how low you're on the run, you can still get caught.

Ok, since I don't think it's fair for a vote to be decided on my coin toss and we now have a tie (Nothing wrong with Czar voting for Hardebeck and I respect that opinion ), I'm changing my vote to Skillicorn. Very rarely do I ever not vote for a family killer, but I agree Skillicorn likely would not have stopped and he was sentenced to death which is surprisingly rare for an AMW fugitive. My other vote is still for Sullivan since both were great captures and I just don't think that should be a shut out.

Dennis James Skillicorn and Larry Burns defeat George Hardebeck and James Vincent Sullivan 1 to 3
Round 2, Division 4
John Barrett Hawkins, #163, Ags 1, 1991 A would-be actor who laundered insurance fraud money through a sweatpants company. To collect insurance, he killed a man in order to fake his boyfriend's death. He was busted jet skiing off the coast of Sardinia, Italy, just after he fled his Amsterdam, Holland hideout.
vs
David Alex Alvarez, #467, May 20, 1997 One of the FBI's Ten Most Wanted. His crimes happened in September 1996 in Los Angeles. In an extortion plot, he and a few accomplices kidnapped 10 people, 4 of them children, and soon shot them up. 2 adults and 2 female children died, 3 hostages were wounded, and 3 escaped unharmed. He was busted eating Chinese food for lunch in Tijuana, Mexico.
and
Andre "Mac Minister" Dow, #879, Mrc 2, 2006 A well-known rap artist. In May 2005, in Las Vegas, he shot and killed 2 rap artists named Anthony "Fat-Tone" Watkins and Jermaine "Cowboy" Atkins with an AK-47 after a Snoop Dogg concert. The motive was an argument over the murder of San Francisco Bay rap legend Mac Dre. It's likely he murdered a female witness in November 2005. He was busted hiding out in a San Francisco apartment, under a pile of clothing. On the night before August 2008, he was sentenced to 2 life terms without parole.
vs
Felipe Concepcion and Thomas Cross, #98/#99, Mrc 4/Mrc 8, 1990 Concepcion was a convicted robber and parole violator. They were both wanted for a drug related shooting in a Bronx apartment. The casualties were 2 dead, 1 wounded. They were also sought for questioning in a 3rd murder and an unrelated kidnapping. Concepcion was busted in Connecticut, and Cross was busted in Indiana.
Though John Barrett Hawkins was a colorful case and Mac Minister was a well-known rap artist, I'll vote for Alvarez, Concepcion, and Cross because of their higher casualty tolls. On top of Alvarez' hideous casualty toll, he was on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted and was busted eating Chinese food in Mexico.

I know we don't have to technically explain our votes but just wanted to clarify my reasons since they vary slightly from 912th's. Alvarez for the reasons 912th stated and "Mac Minister" Dow because although both murders were equally bad, it was a very high profile case and fugitive that made headlines for AMW when they caught him.
