Looking at amwtips.com, I noticed it was stated he could be in Reynosa, Mexico. That is very close to the border, and if that is indeed where they are getting info as to where he is, I wouldn’t rule out that he’s traveling from time-to-time to the United States.

Does anyone know what part of Texas he was born in he could be hiding all the way from El Paso all the way down McAllen or in one of the numerous border town from del Rio to eagle pass I mean look at what happened with Isaac Estrada while we know Estrada was in California and Mexico he was busted in the border city of eagle pass not far from where Brian ontiveros he was caught in piedras negras ironically located right across the border from where estrada was arrested in eagle pass im in agreement with mad dog hey could be hiding in Reynosa abd crossing the border into south Texas very frequently
