There's been some debate whether Brown is lucky or smart and I think it is both.
He would have been caught right away if not for the local media jumping the story and if not for his sister (who apparently now wants to paint herself as a victim for book sales) so the manhunt for him has been frustrating because of all the near misses.
Edit: Just realized this was also the newest post in the find JDB group, which we've established is actually a credible and interesting group.
