I get that Brown is technically innocent until proven guilty- but I'm also allowed to state my private citizen that the evidence against him is overwhelming and in my opinion anyone who overlooks that is an idiot.
I do agree with davep earlier in the thread, that it is possible perhaps Brown panicked and didn't actually intend to shoot Palomares, only rob him, but of course we both agreed that is still no excuse and justice still needs to be had.

Naw, you're good with your previous statement Scumhunter.. The guy literally took a gun class days before the robbery, and was labeled as being arrogant, and unlike other students by the instructor.. That will spell out intent in trial no doubt |

Oh yeah in my opinion it was a planned murder, only that I don't think davep was out of line for suggesting the possibility of a robbery attempt gone awry. I sincerely doubt it, but it's basically one of the only scenarios I'd think a defense attorney could even attempt.

The defense is always the most intriguing part of these cases to me... Normally they are so far out there my mind gets completely boggled haha

I get it, I have friends and family who are defense attorneys and they have a job to do. They're not bad people. But some of the scenarios I've seen in these cases it's like "that's what you're going with? LOL" |

I had a gun in the cab but was being followed so I stopped the cab, left my daughters in there and ran through the woods to a waffle house hahaha... WOW |

I think it's only a matter of time before we get Brown in custody With the recent developments, I think that is definitely a possibility. I believe that outside the box investigative work is probably what brings him down as he's not your average fugitive. |

I strongly believe that the only 2 ways Brown will eventually be found, is if luckily for law enforcement and unlucky for him, he’s pulled over in a traffic stop similar to Andy Fowler or Brown’s family will be discovered possibly aiding Jason’s time as a fugitive financially if it’s true that they do have a lot of money.

Some user on Reddit posted interesting information : "Police in upstate New York recently investigated a tip that he was living with a family under the name Derek Todd. When they arrived at the home in question the entire family was gone.
