As I've stated before, the problem is he's the type of guy who can blend in anywhere and anywhere short of the Middle East wouldn't shock me if he's ever found.
I guess the question is now in his 40's is he still trying to live the high-life in a high-octane city like Bangkok or is he trying to lay low as a Mormon missionary somewhere?
I also would wonder how he's going to get money once he runs out again. We all saw what happened last time, and that's what makes catching him so important. I wouldn't be surprised if he went back to running a fake modeling agency and would look into them.

And the latest Jason Derek Brown sighting brings us to...... the exciting and tropical land of.... Victor, Idaho? In August, a couple from the Idaho town that knew Jason Derek Brown as their travelling companion from the French Riviera reported seeing him walking around Victor. Since the couple reported the man alleged to look like Jason Brown in August, more and more people have been calling the Teton County Sheriff’s Office to report his sighting According to the Sheriff’s office, a man that fits Brown’s description has been seen walking behind the liquor store parking lot in Victor on weekdays around 5 p.m. He wears a powder blue jacket and is reported to walk wherever he goes. However, after women called the FBI and believed they spotted the man, he was stopped and interrogated by FBI agents, who then determined he was not Jason Derek Brown. So another look-a-like, and I know I'm beating a dead horse by saying it 5,000 times, but this is the problem. Ja, if you looked above I already posted that, LOL!  Anyway, one thing I find interesting is last year Jose Saenz was caught on Thanksgiving. Can we hope for lightning to strike twice with Jason Derek Brown or someone else? Let's hope. |

Ok, this time I do have a new article. No leads- but it is interesting- because it's Golf Digest of all things! It discusses Brown's love for golf and how no matter how much he's changed about himself to hide, the one thing he's likely still doing is playing golf. That tactic might actually just work. Marlaina Reed was identified as the Chicago Jane Doe after her dental records were published in a dentist magazine. Her dentist happened to recognize her teeth, which led to her being identified.

Hey Robbie, welcome to the forum! Basically, and I don't say this with any fugitive- Jason Derek Brown is the one guy where absolutely nothing would surprise me. Unless they say he was arrested in Iraq, just about anywhere in this country or the world if and hopefully when he finally gets captured I would say "makes sense." So as far as Arizona is concerned, anything is possible at this point. He spent time in Arizona, but his family seems mainly from California and other parts of the Northwest where there are Mormon communities. With that being said, according to e-book I read on him, it's basically believe he eventually cut ties with them and became a ghost. In other words, he may be so hard to catch because he left his prior life behind to forge a new identity and new life. I also take it would be risky for Brown to contact his family. Then again his sister lied about where Brown was and his brother was arrested for driving his vehicle so you never know. But one would think Brown would know it's a huge risk to contact family being a wanted fugitive- because of the possibility of wiretapping. As far as going bald and gaining weight- anything is possible- one would think he must have drastically done something to change his appearance after managing to stay on the run this long. But these are good guesses I'm sure we're all frustrated Brown hasn't been caught yet. He is smart, but logic would dictate even he couldn't hide this long. |

Thank you for the info, but your right we just need to all keep our eyes open for these criminals. Really am glad I came about your website, ther has been really good reads and conversations. I will most definitely look into the book, The Ghost. Honestly didn't realize it was only $1.99 not bad i'm sure it will be a interesting read can't wait!
