Thanks for that Scumhunter and HeadMarshal, just needed to get that off my chest because these things become a cycle if the negativity doesn’t stop, many girls at this age fall for traps from the d-bags, yet the good ones get mistreated or are neglected. That’s why at least on here I feel like I’m doing something that’s actually doing a huge service with my fellow members (or as they say in Britain “with my mates”).
Thanks for cheering me up guys I really appreciate it. 😊

Once confirmed that they were still at large on 1-01-018, I'll declare it: 200 manhunts of unfinished business underway on New Year's Day. I remember a decade ago when John Walsh talked about unfinished business at the beginning of his countdown of his Top 10 Fugitives of '007. Great work to law enforcement, and to some extent AMW, on finishing what got started all those years ago! Here's to hoping as many of these as possible are finally resolved this year!

Yaneli Medina was removed from the site as it turned out she was already captured when her case was posted and the local media did a poor job of not updating that fact. I'll look at your other lists for each division and let you know.

Today marks 2 years since I’ve joined the site, and over the last 2 years we’ve seen a lot of cases solved thanks to good police work, good tips from the public and just sheer stupidity from the fugitives themselves, and I hope to spend many many many more years to come on here.

A little bit of a rant but it seems EVERY Crime Watch Daily case for their current season is a "was it suicide/accident or murder" controversy. I don't even bother to watch the segment or show anymore if that's what the episode is. I understand these cases might be interesting but the show is not Unsolved Mysteries and while some cases are admittedly suspicious, for the most part, usually the ruling is right. A lot of times families just don't want to accept what actually happened to their love ones as something of their own doings. It's not their or the victim's fault no matter what, suicides happen and it's a result of mental illness, society etc... Accidents happen as well. But there still seems to be a sense of guilt and need to justify a death by seeking the chance it was someone else's doing. It seems they're purposely choosing these type of cases for ratings rather than cases that can be solved. I'd prefer they focus on cut and dry murder cases to ensure justice for those families instead. Even if these other cases are actually murders, the police are set in their ways in what they believe. The cut and dry cases are more solvable. They just did TWO more suicide or accident cases this week. Like the show but it's getting ridiculous. I have admittedly seen cases on the show where I've thought "yeah I agree this is possibly a murder" but it's useless if the police won't investigate and there's nothing more than circumstantial evidence.

So the Las Vegas Police Department posted 10 wanted fugitives to their website after years of not profiling any fugitives. The problem is the worst charge among those fugitives is "assault with a deadly weapon". That is a very serious charge but are we to believe there are no recent fugitives wanted out of Vegas for murder/homicide? www.lvmpd.com/en-us/Pages/MostWanted.aspx

Ok so this is annoying me- there's an article asking "How Did Andrew Cunanan get away with murder?" He DIDN'T get away as he was tracked down and chose to take his own life. In my world, get away would mean he would still be at large and alive today. I don't consider him having to end his pathetic, miserable life early getting away with it. Yes, there were several missteps that could have prevented the murder of Gianni Versace and perhaps at least William Reece. Lee Miglin would be a stretch. (I don't think anything could have prevented the first two murders). However, while the article is good, the title should have been "what could have prevent Gianni Versace's murder?" or "Why wasn't Cunanan captured alive?" or something like that. www.townandcountrymag.com/society/a16765354/andrew-cunanan-gianni-versace-murder-investigation-clues/
