Well since we're all sharing some sort of crime thoughts today- I'll share mine- I've been debating buying or finding a way to get that "How to Disappear and Never Get Caught" or however it's titled book we see some fugitives such as James Hammes (who it ultimately didn't work for) and Peter Chadwick (still not caught) use. Simply because I figure it may help with the somewhat sleuthing we do on this site and help me get more in the mind of these criminals. (not to brag, I feel I do a pretty good job already with that, but any tool to help me/us amateur sleuth even more efficiently is a good thing). However, I feel I'm going to have the government knocking at my door if I even Google the book, let alone buy it lol. I took a chance and Googled about the book the other day (so far so good LOL) and it seems one book is old with some outdated advice not reflective of new technology based on Amazon reviews while one page with a seemingly newer book listed the basics the book provides that seems like common sense if you're a fugitive- rent cars don't register them, don't hide out in an area where you told friends you're fond of etc... maybe I'll take a chance anyway to know exactly what criminals like Chadwick and Hammes read... but it seems I got the basic gist of it already.

Lately I’ve been feeling a little nostalgic about some of the FBI site cases that have since been removed, which explains my avatar.
A lot of these awful cases like Alicia Banuelos, Lisbio Couto, Albion Frett, Etc, were cases I really focused extensively as a kid, and now I just wish The Hunt would air at least one of these cases in Season 5 as they are probably just small files in their respective police departments shelves.

Unfortunately, the fact that they are currently off the FBI website means it's less likely The Hunt would air their case.
At least they're on our site though.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Still hoping for a repeat of 2012 where Luis Saenz was caught on Thanksgiving weekend. In any case, hopefully it's still a good weekend!

I also wish all of our American posters a happy Thanksgiving holiday! Here in Canada we celebrated in October and my family and I really enjoyed it.

Happy Thanksgiving to you too Scumhunter and also everyone on the forum. Having a ton of fun here on the farm in Indiana, also hoping for a thanksgiving capture of anyone whether it’s an FBI Top Ten, USMS Top 15, or anyone else whose been a hassle to Capture. The MOST important thing is for everyone stays safe this weekend.

Carlos Gonzalez-Barahona is/was my last planned profiled case for the year 2017 as it is tradition to usually take somewhat of a break at the end of the year. (Its really not much of one as it just gives me time to go over and update already posted cases and any other site issues).
Will still post breaking news cases, FBI website additions and any personal case requests as exceptions.

Well, tonight's my 10-year high school reunion! At 8 p.m. Central Time, I'll be downtown in Chicago reuniting with a couple hundred people from my graduating class (there were about 1,000 when I graduated). If the Facebook invite is to be believed, we've got quite a few people expected to show up! I'm actually really excited!

Thanks! Oh, it was so much fun! I saw probably about 100 or more people I went to high school with for the first time in years, and it was so great seeing everyone again! I got so many hugs, I lost count!

Is anyone else having issues connecting to the forum search feature? It's not working in the subforums or the current search page.

This is a ProBoards issue with many forums on their server according to their support forum. Apparently the main guy that can fix this won't be in until tomorrow. If the search feature isn't still working by tomorrow afternoon I'll contact them.

Apparently I’ve found 2 new cases of fugitives on par with Robert Fisher and Bradford Bishop, that I found while searching on YouTube for some more fugitive cases. • Lord Lucan- wanted in the November 1974 Murder of Sandra Rivett in England. Lord Lucan has been declared dead and some believe he is deceased, but multiple sightings have been reported in France, Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain and Gabon. Lord Lucan would be 82 years old as of 2017. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Bingham,_7th_Earl_of_Lucan • Charles Rodgers- A Houston, Texas man wanted for the brutal murder of both of his parents in 1965, he seemed to have planned the murders for years as he never came out of his room after being fired from his job 8 years prior without giving an explanation. He would only come out at night to an undisclosed location and return before sunrise. The problem in this case is that there is no image of him from the 1960s, so they used his navy picture instead. Many believe he was a C.I.A. operative involved in the JFK assassination, others think he fled to Mexico where he’s helping oil and mining companies since he’s a skilled geologist, and others think he was killed in Honduras. Charles Rodgers would be 96 years old as of 2017. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Rogers_(murder_suspect)Any thoughts? I know these 2 are believed deceased and decided to post them on here in the daily chat thread.
