Great. And yeah, I think sometimes (especially newer posters) see me and HM as the most freuqent thread posters- not to mention I'm the admin- and HM is a moderator- and are under the mistaken impression we're the only ones allowed to make threads. So I want to reiterate- anyone is allowed to make a thread on any case that isn't already on our forum If a new user signed up tonight and posted a bunch of cases it would be allowed. Part of the beauty of this forum is anyone can post a case.  |

Following the story of the Officer shot in Illinois. If they name the suspects, or at least name the Officer who was shot, I will make a thread. Want to see the information gather first.

To Scumhunter: The main reason I haven't posted any new cases is because I can't keep in mind what resources I need to provide for others on this forum, distinguish vital information, etc. I know I'm technically allowed, but I feel like I wouldn't know what I was doing.
To HeadMarshal: Don't worry about updating the 2015 Most Wanted List thread. I've got a separate (Microsoft Excel) document with many of the same cases arranged there instead.

912th, I can always edit and add any additional info if I feel it's necessary. You're a good poster. Someone new can try to post here and do a much worse job than you would have. (I've seen some message boards where people just post a link and ask "what do you guys think?"). However, no pressure, and glad to know you're keeping a separate list for the Most Wanted section. |

There's a book out from a guy claiming Jeffrey Dahmer killed Adam Walsh- or as I put it, yet another attempt by an author to get publicity. (It's amazing how people accused JOHN WALSH or profiting off his son's death when we have crap like this going on).
I wish I could remember the exact details but I remember watching the ID channel special on the case where they showed some sort of exact imprint of Adam in a car seat or something like that where it had me absolutely convinced Ottis Toole killed Adam.
The Walshes have accepted Ottis Toole as the killer and have their closure, so it annoys me people feel the need to endlessly bring this up again and again and Jeffrey Dahmer is a common conspiracy theory. (Even if Dahmer WAS the killer, like Toole, he is also dead now anyway. So in any case, the Walshes have received justice).

Not sure where to post this but just wanted to mention Cathy Morales was sentenced to 45 years in prison. www.justice.gov/usao-sdny/pr/member-bronx-narcotics-organization-sentenced-manhattan-federal-court-45-years-murderStill disappointed the AMW re-enactment was so inaccurate but after all that talk she was in fact guilty. I was rather frustrated that we were more than fair and even criticized our favorite show for changing the narrative (Facebook dispute when it was really a drug dispute), and yet we still had people whine and complain to us about our thread. (Seriously do you know how rare it is for us to say our favorite show of all things had unfair coverage and yet people STILL complained?) However, since I felt the thread was becoming unfair to Aisha as well, who was still a murder victim, I took it down. However, we know now Morales is guilty and has been proven guilty. |

Good news, I found out that we get Peachtree TV which is a cable channel in Georgia (odd since I live in Canada). But it airs CrimeWatchDaily at 11am! |

Gonna be busy with holiday stuff so I'll sort of be away at least until Saturday afternoon and/or Sunday. I would say usually nothing happens anyway, but Jose Saenz was once captured on Thanksgiving so you never know. |
