Caution: Leon Henry Shaw and his common-law wife/partner, Victoria Michelle Cravitz, are wanted for their alleged involvement in the sexual molestation of several children between the ages of six and seventeen in Klamath Falls, Oregon, beginning in approximately December of 1989 and continuing until approximately February of 1999. On January 7, 2000, arrest warrants were issued by the Circuit Court for the State of Oregon, Klamath County, Oregon, for Shaw after he was charged with two counts of Sodomy, four counts of Sex Abuse, five counts of Rape, six counts of Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and Obstructing Governmental Administration; and for Cravitz after she was charged with three counts of Rape in the First Degree and one count of Sodomy in the First Degree. Glad to see these cold case scumbags are on the FBI's site. With Leon Shaw specializing in Native American art, states with a large Native American population like Arizona and New Mexico should also be looked at.

I'm glad this case was added as well, but I'm beginning to wonder if they are considering them for the Top 10 since 3 slots are open and they likely will need a cold case fugitive to be added. Also South Dakota has a Native American population, so they could be there too. |

It's very rare for the FBI to add two people wanted for the same crime(s) to the top 10 list, especially cold cases. One cold case addition is one thing but two at a time is a bit of a risk. One thing I always stress is as much as we like to discuss the top 10 list, just because someone is added to the site doesn't mean they're an FBI top ten contender. With that being said, I guess anything is possible.

Agreed. However I'm astonished that I've seen the first CAC female fugitive that I can remember in the past few years and even shocked that she and her husband did all of this. Is there a good possibility that they are together? Or separated?

Actually Philip & Patty Kenley are another alleged child molestation couple who were also once on the FBI's website and were aired on AMW. They were removed for unknown reasons even though they are are still at large since 1997: amwfans.com/thread/1468/philip-patty-kenley-texas-1997I think female child molesters are probably unfortunately more common than one might think but not often as discussed. |

Oh yes especially when it revolves around a school or a teacher. But this case seems like both Leon and Victoria were constantly abusing several children for
a long 9 years. It makes me wonder what was going through their heads.

As far as separate or together anything is possible after 17 years but there is another couple wanted on child molestation charges Williams Balser & Robin Robinson (although I think Robinson was not accused of molesting herself, just doing nothing to stop Balser and even providing alcohol and drugs to his victims). The reason I bring it up is that perhaps the pressure may have been too much that the 2 decided to part ways, but again we don't know. |

It's also entirely possible one of the two passed away while still living together. Shaw is at his youngest 66 based on his used D.O.B's which is relatively young for 2017 but when you're trying to hide you might not be able to go to the doctor as much to get the usual things checked out as you get older.

Toptenhunter provided on the thread on Fred Wert a link to a 2001-ish page that listed the FBI's most wanted alleged pedophiles. I had seem that page before but for some reason didn't realize there was a page 2. Shaw and Cravitz are listed on thre. I named Leon Henry "Jay Thunder" Shaw my #3 most wanted fugitive of '017's February and March division, because I was under the impression that Jay Thunder had raped somewhere between 70 and 130 children, almost as many as I've been accusing current Marshals Top 15er Frederick Cecil McLean (my #3 most wanted of '011) of hurting. I'm just glad Jay Thunder can't hurt another child ever again.
