Unfortunately, there’s quite a few scenarios as to who hired him that could’ve happened, and we would still only have his word. Many believe Cindy’s ex husband to be involved, or possibly his family. And if we believe she was killed to “discredit” as many articles have said, maybe Santini got carried away.

According to investigation discovery website he apparently used over 13 different aliases during his time on the run in addition to that we have a new article it was about his life on the run he was spotted taking her on a date in with wood in Bradenton but after committing the crime he bragged about it to multiple people including most interesting one of the people he told was his landlord and he was just according to her exact words she said he was positively glowing about his crime at least he will die alone and forgotten in a Florida State prison which has some of the most disgusting violent criminals in the US in fact I would say it's on the level of Ohio or Texas
