Seems like an oddly happy guy for someone who got caught after nearly 40 years on the run. Wonder what thats about. Maybe he thinks he'll get away with it in the end because it's been so long? Have a feeling as people have said that smirk won't last long when being told he's facing the needle. |

Still makes no sense because he still got caught and whatever time he has left is going to be spent in prison. |

According to fox13news Tampa Bay santini has been ordered held without bail he actually had the nerve to ask for bail but fortunately the judge didn't allow him to and he started crying 😂 guess he didn't want to be in jail at least he's gets to stay in the orient road jail instead of probably fleeing to Texas or California or even Mexico what do you guys think

Turns out Santini had children while on the run and his daughter was interviewed for a story. She expressed shock because she wasn't that well behaved a child yet Santini had never shown any signs of anger of violence. She also wants him to be convicted first before things are said about him. I will give this- Santini is entitled to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law- despite being a fugitive- but he also allegedly confessed to a news station that he committed an unrelated rape. Santini has been denied bond and will remain in jail until trial. Usually, Prosecutors are given a deadline to announce their intention to seek it. I doubt it will be sought, but as I mentioned previously: they may threaten him with it to reveal who hired him for the hit. |

Santini according to abcnews10 San Diego aside from being a wanted killer hitman fugitive and amongst others is also a debt defaulter and has filed for bankruptcy three times and he owes dozens of people money so yeah this is a real dbag of all trades who agrees with me

Well this guy didn't even last 6 months in jail but that's because he has pleaded guilty to the murder of Cynthia Wood he was sentenced to 50 years in prison not sure if he's eligible for parole or not I think he may reveal who hired him to take wood out but let's hope he spends the rest of life miserable and alone in a prison cell according to kktv

Here's an article. I feel really bad for his daughter- who I stress is a victim in this and shouldn't be criticized in any way- but it seemed she believed he was innocent even after finding out his entire life he was really someone else and a fugitive- and he has now ultimately admitted his guilt. There were mentions of Santini able to fool everybody as a seemingly calm even keleed man who never lost his temper- but there are two types of sociopaths- those prone to violent anger- but also those completely emotionless where killing is no big deal to them- as it seemed to be for Santini. He was hired to be a hit man and apparently confessed to calmly going about it. Reminds me of the movie Collateral- where Tom Cruise is a hit man who just cold bloodedly treats his "job" like it is a regular desk job- he's given tasks and completes them. Justice can't be truly done here without knowing that. |
