Well, if he were aired on The Hunt or whatever, he probably would have been caught in a day. Or if he was put on the top ten list (not a criticism of them not adding them as they obviously have added some very deserving people the past few years).
The problem is not everyone is like me and you and constantly looking at the overall FBI wanted website and it's a matter of luck as to when the public/right person sees a fugitive face oftentimes.
I'm sure there's tons of fugitive hiding in plain sight who didn't do that great a job of disguising themselves either on the FBI website, Marshals website, or our site, and it's just they haven't been caught simply because the publicity has not yet reached the right person or persons. (which is why tv shows like AMW, The Hunt, and coming soon "In Pursuit" are crucial).
