He also mentions some sort of joke about working at the longitude distance for the employer of France for his occupation. He also says he likes to play the guitar and enjoys Dave Matthew's and Jack Johnson. And makes a reference to "I am a traveler of foreign lands." I think everything matches up based on age and this guy also seeming like a bit of a hippie. Not to mention no updates since 2012. |

Haven't forgotten about Ranger Lacy, especially since he's my only contender for the FBI Top Ten at this point, the lack of publicity as I've said before would be the reason why he's added, and now with a refreshed list, now it's a great time to add a Crimes against Children fugitive.

It turns out the FBI has updated Lacy's wanted poster and have added a new photograph which has striking similiar appearance with the photos on the Facebook account I posted on here months ago. Also this comes about 2 years after he went on the run.  |

Good to see they have photos of him with and without a beard. In my opinion, he wouldn't be such a hard capture if America's Most Wanted was still on the air.

Ranger Sylvan Lacy was born in '977, according to the statistics in the initial post. The picture seems to be taken back in '993, when Sylvan-Lacy was 16 years old. That's why part of me thinks the picture might be a red herring planted by Sylvan-Lacy.

I think the FBI would know if a photo was a guy at 16 years old and even if it was, they put it in his website profile/poster for a reason. I do agree he looks much younger than his other photos in that picture though. Could be the beard makes him look older than he really is (or on the same taken, no beard makes him look younger than he really is), but who knows. |

As of July 16th, 2018, Lacy is still listed on the FBI's website as a wanted fugitive. (Same link as in the OP).

Finally, the arrest we've been waiting for since August 2016 when his thread was posted here! Thanks to the FBI offices in Kentucky and Arkansas for not giving up on this alleged child pornographer. Now children in Arkansas can thankfully be a little safer. |
