Hi Laurensmom,
Welcome to the forum. Thank goodness he was captured! Although I also know this must be bittersweet news for you. It is obviously great news that he was caught. But I understand it doesn't bring your daughter or your unborn granddaughter back and I can't imagine what you're going through.
Unfortunately I can't officially declare Policarpio captured on this website until the official announcement from the FBI or a press release from the LAPD. However I obviously believe you since I know from reading the articles on him your daughter's name was Lauren Olguin.
I am looking forward to the official announcement and can't wait to officially hear the good news this guy was caught. And I hope now you will see justice and Mr. Policarpio will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Glad he was caught. Now Lauren's mother and the rest of her family can have some justice.

Ok here's some details: Policarpio may have been staying in Tijuana for weeks when he tried to slip back into the U.S. with a fake I.D. He was with a female companion whom he'd met at a "gentleman's club" in Tijuana. Border agents became suspicious after he was vague and inconsistent during an inspection, and grew anxious when asked to provide fingerprints. A background check later revealed his true identity. Border patrol agents apparently had no idea he was Policarpio until the background check, only that he was acting suspicious and his I.D. appeared fake. I must say thankfully for the FBI, although it was wise to place Policarpio on the list because of his threat to society, it wasn't really needed after all, thanks to his own stupidity. www.nbclosangeles.com/news/local/FBI-Most-Wanted-Fugitive-Philip-Patrick-Policarpio-Arrested-381386281.html

So I guess we were right about him being in Mexico but that was the greatest mistake he made which makes me very happy since he's the 476th capture . Also I'm shocked he met someone else while on the run, after what he did.

I mean he's a male fugitive, so he was probably going to seek companionship eventually. However, it shows an obvious sense of callousness (and this is an understatement) that basically RIGHT AFTER he allegedly murders his pregnant girlfriend, he's cajoling with other woman.
Words can't describe what a piece of trash I think this guy allegedly is. Oh, I'm sorry, only God can judge him. *sigh*

Well I do agree but for example if I were a fugitive I wouldn't find another girl/woman lol (I know it's weird) but I would rather keep to myself.
But anyways this capture you can say it's The idiocy of a fugitive that got them caught.
However this time around I'm not as concerned about a replace to be named since we got 2 fugitives for the price of 1 captured fugitive.
