Polocarpio fits the definition of "career criminal" to a T and knows the tricks of the trade. However, keep in mind he has been a fugitive and has been caught before.

I have to say your right, but unless he learned his mistake last time then he may stay on the run for awhile.
Who knows maybe his "connections" are keeping him hidden, also I was wonder if they recovered the BMW he was driving in and why they removed the fact that he was mentally unstable off his new poster?

Oh wow I didn't realize they removed the mentally unstable part. I'll leave it in my post unless someone complains.
Two theories:
1. Perhaps if he's described as mentally unstable it may illicit sympathy. And we don't want this guy to appear sympathetic after the horrible crime he allegedly commited.
2. Perhaps some may object because mental illness is a touchy subject and not everyone is like Polocarpio. My family has a history of mental illness. So while some fugitives use it as an excuse at their defense (this guy Policarpio has a history of alleged violence so him trying to get sympathy wouldn't fly with me), I know it isn't a made-up disease and many people suffer from it.

I would feel he'd be more of a violent guy than mentally unstable since one source said they made huge errors on his old poster saying that his 2001 convictions were I believe weapons charges but it turns out it was attempted murder.

I found Policarpio's Facebook account his name is spelled Philipp Policarpio and he was said to work at sprint in 2013??? This doesn't make any sense.

I looked that up and saw it too. The different spelling of his first name isn't that big a deal to me. Some people like to spell their name differently on Facebook or perhaps his name is really spelled like that and law enforcement for whatever reason spells it with one P.
The weird part is him possibly having worked at Sprint. I understand even those with criminal records need jobs but if I do have to wonder what kind of background check was performed if the company did indeed hire him.
Perhaps this could be a possible clue. It doesn't say what he did at Sprint but if he has a decent knowledge of cell phones he probably knows how to cover his tracks.

Well what doesn't make sense to me is that the FBI said he was out on parole for the past year (2015) after being in prison for 15 years and he got the job at sprint in 2013 and if the timeline matches he would still be in prison that year according to the FBI.
Now I can confirm that yes his main nickname is bugsy since many people on there called him that in the comments.
Now Policarpio working at sprint, you brought up a great point, he may have knowledge on how to cover his tracks either by knowing how the cell towers and the spectrum the cellphone carriers use to keep you connected on the mobile internet, Policarpio may have gone on the run and by covering his tracks he likely bought a prepaid phone so nobody would track him.

I dunno what the reason for the discrepancy would be. But it seems he was also posting in 2013 as well.
Also sometimes people make stuff up on Facebook either as a joke or for other reasons.
I'm going to assume he really did work at Sprint for the time being since that would be a weird thing to make up, but anyone else can feel free to correct us at our contact form if that's wrong.

Lol good one haha. Policarpio is close to breaking Delgado's record of 2 days and I feel he's still in the United States of probably went off to the Philippines and decided to be smart this time around.

He fled to the Philippines last time so I wouldn't be surprised if he went there again but he has connections all over the country and as boring and predictable as it may be I feel may have went into Mexico as well.

Mexico is likely since he actually fits in well down there too.
He likely established some ties to cartels, but also Policarpio has somewhat of a Hispanic look to him also which I can say from experience that Policarpio could pass for a Hispanic since some people from Mexico I know look somewhat filipino and they say they are from Mexico.
So he fits down there as well, also is there any word on that BMW he was driving in?

I don't know about cartels but I think he would blend in somewhat well in Mexico.
I still haven't read or heard anything about the BMW.

That BMW must still be in his possession or ditched it somewhere (far from Los Angeles), if the vehicle can be found then it may tell us where Policarpio is and where he may have went to.
Likely it's parked at the U.S.-Mexico border.

LAPD detectives called me and informed me that Policarpio who murdered my 32 year old daughter and unborn grandchild was apprehended at the Mexican border at 8:30 pm Sunday nighto by Border police and that the FBI was enroute to pick him up and bring him back to Los Angeles.
