I think if I didn't say the name it was obviously intentional orherwise I would have said the name. I usually like to not say things until they're official official just in case something happens that delays or changes things. Yes probably gives it away but as a hint there's a reason I'm concerned he's replacing Alexis Flores. (I hope he doesn't and just fills in the open slot but it would make sense).

An AMW cold case homicide fugitive is soon to be added to the Top Ten list. I don't know at the moment if anyone is being taken off or if he is simply just taking over El Gato's slot. I found the next addition, and it's a great one imo. It will be hard to catch him. Hopefully, he takes El Gato's slot, but I can see him replacing Flores Could you message me with the name? I think I did have this fugitive on one of my old addition predictions and forgot to add him again, but I agree with this addition. My two theories on why he’s being added:
1) They have additional evidence he has committed crimes while on the run;
2) They want to bring leads to the surface to see where he really is.
I am a firm believer in throwing bones. Good call, Scumhunter! You had him listed consistently.

I am glad in the past few years that the FBI has added several cold case fugitives. They have had a lot of success doing so (with the exception of William Bradford Bishop). This one is one of the worst, and I was divided when I very first heard the news, but I am happy to hear it now. It was horrific what happened to the victim in this case.
The more I have thought of it, I suspect he will be added because of a lack of leads and the brutality of the crime. They are hoping to finally take him off the streets for good.

Hopefully soon but this is exactly why I didn't want to say publicly who was being added since I didn't know how long we'd have to wait (once again this isn't something I'm trying to keep secret from posters, just don't want to make an announcement that could take months, if anyone wants to know who it is who doesn't know already from viewing the image feeds, just p-m me).

I am not sure about the average time from image listing to actual naming, but I would suspect this person will be added very soon. It took the FBI 3/4 weeks to add Fields and Villegas-Palomino. With this information in mind, I expect the FBI to add the next fugitive within two weeks |

In light of Michael Burham escaping jail this could push the addition back even further if he isn't caught soon.
