Just wanted to also mention while I've been somewhat critical of the top ten selections lately (aside from Juarez-Corro), although I'm sorry for the reasons and terrible crimes, I am very satisfied with the fugitives the FBI have been adding to the overall website so far in 2022 and I like the direction they're going so far. Should also add though whether one of these additions I've been agreeing with replaces Juarez-Corro (or someone else) on the top ten list will be the real test.

Should also add though whether one of these additions I've been agreeing with replaces Juarez-Corro (or someone else) on the top ten list will be the real test. It should be worth noting that the FBI hasn’t added a fugitive from a west coast field office in nearly 4 years since Greg Carlson. Given all the additions since Lamont Stephenson have either been Northeast, Midwest, & Texas cases, and the recent captures and removals of western field office cases leave only Jason Derek Brown and Rafael Caro-Quintero (federal arrest warrant issued in California in 1992) as the only 2 western fugitives, I do believe the FBI Los Angeles and Seattle have viable candidates (Apollo Carreon Quiboloy & Liban Abdulkadir Sheikh) that will shift the geographic balance once again. However William Willingham, being the only fugitive from the FBI Jackson, and since southern field offices haven’t had a go since (Jose Guevara if we are referring to the Deep South, or Alejandro Castillo for the overall general Southeastern United States) and with new photographs, the timing is right to get him on. Also the FBI Boston has been very active as of late with adding Hung Tien Pham, Melchor Datu and readding Andrew Dabbs, and it may seem they want to get one of their own on the list a decade after the capture of their most infamous and recent fugitive.

Any of the FBI Boston fugitives would be welcome additions. And once again although I sort of disagreed with adding Yulan Carias, there is the Alexis Flores factor which is a contingency where I could take back my disagreement.

I basically narrowed down my personal contender to replace Juarez-Corro to one individual, and in my opinion it should be William Willingham.
After the capture of Juarez-Corro, and how he was caught, I think this is going to be a big factor in the upcoming selection, and personally in my opinion Willingham if he gets added, having a spotlight on him will be what’ll flush him out, especially being sought for a very egregious crime like Juarez-Corro, which I think also played a role in Juarez-Corro’s capture, with people in Mexico and society in general not being okay with a mass murder, I think the same will happen with Willingham in people not being okay with a child rapist.

Not counting who I'd want to add, although I'd be very happy with his selection as well, my first prediction right now would be Hung Tien Pham. I'm a bit busier with a day shift now but if I get around to it I haven't made a top prediction list in a while so maybe I'll do that this weekend lol.

Actually might as well do predictions right now (not who I want but who I think they'll add):
1. Hung Tien Pham- Capture of Juarez-Corro opened up a cold case slot, FBI likes adding fugitives wanted for mass shootings, as they are obviously most violent and dangerous.
2. Michael Pratt- Lots of publicity and press-relases, non-murder fugitive not added since Greg Carlson.
3. Liban Sheikh- Pacific Northwest hasn't had someone added in a while.
4. Joe Constance- Constant publicity and seemingly progress in case, addition may be what puts him away for good.
5. William Willingham- Increased activity on case lately new photos etc...
Wild Cards:
-Kevin Lamont Carter- Seems he's always been on the short list. But maybe now is finally time.
-Jarvis Wright- FBI takes public shootings very seriously, this happened at a birthday party.
-Diego Trejo- For some reason its just a gut instinct, not rooted in logic. However Atlanta hasn't had an addition in a while and although the child of his wife wound up safe, it is still technically a case involving a child so I guess I can justify it here.

I would like to also add Liban Sheikh, too. The timing is curious as to why he was added to the website. He has been on the site before, but it was years and years ago to my knowledge. Plus, he is accused of a very violent crime: the murder and assault he is accused of took place during a burglary where he forced his way in. It makes sense for him to be added to the list, as there are numerous locations listed as to his possible whereabouts.

This is a wonderful list, and one thing I’ve noticed is that 4 of the 8 fugitives on your list are from field offices where they are essentially the only candidate with 3 being from bordering states in the Deep South (Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama) and one in the Pacific Northwest (Washington State). I must point out that Juarez-Corro was the only fugitive from the FBI Milwaukee when he was nominated for the Top Ten List.

Michael James Pratt - high profile, prolific offender, could be anywhere in the world, would be first Crimes Against Children fugitive in some time 2. Juan Jose Chacon Morales - gang/organised crime ties and the killer if a federal agent, often a likely combo to land a spot on the list 3. Juan Laureano-Arvizu - the range of serious crimes he is wanted for is staggering. Also an associate of an (admittedly weakened) drug cartel 4. Hung Tien Pham - a good Cold Case candidate. Multiple murders, similar profile to previous Top Ten fugitives in terms of type of crime and profile. 5. Stanley Obas - when his poster was re-added to the FBI site, I had a hunch he would end up in the list, given the heinous nature of his crime. As a complete wild card - how about this guy, Moises Tinajero - www2.fbi.gov/wanted/fugitives/vc/murders/tinajero_ma.htm

Also he’s an alleged trip murderer and would be 60/61 currently which fits him as an appropriate replacement for Robert Fisher, despite being on the run 15 years longer than Fisher.

Castro and Tinajero would have been great additions back when they committed their crimes. Castro especially is still a danger judging by his crime spree. I don’t think it would hurt for the Bureau to add a cold case fugitive.

I think Pratt would be a good addition. Different type of case and likely more findable in New Zealand than some of the fugitives hiding in Latin/Central America that have been added the last few years.

I’m adding Justin Smith to my list of possible contenders. I think a UFAP warrant is likely in this case, and not only that, but several people have made the list for murder of a pregnant woman to include Philip Policarpio and Shanika Minor.
