I think Dr. Zahudil Islam would be a more likely addition as it is a similar case and he is actually currently on the FBI website.

Talking about when the next addition will happen, I just want everyone to know that based on the time it took to replace 2 slots in the fall of 2017, 2018 and spring of 2019, it’s about 2-3 weeks.
As it stands if they are added 2 weeks from El Gato’s addition it’ll be October 27th and if it’s 3 weeks, it’ll be November 3rd (Election day or Flush the *Urd November Third day) and I doubt the FBI would want to make an addition on Election Day for publicity reasons. So it may be November 2nd or a day or 2 after the election.

I wanted to address 2 things about the current state of the list and about it’s future.
Right now with “El Gato”’s recent addition, that makes 2 fugitives with rewards in the millions, and having more than 1 fugitive in the millions hasn’t been seen since 2011 when Gerena, Whitey, and Osama all had rewards in the millions. As we all know Gerena had been the only fugitive in the millions from 2012-2016 and the list spent the last remaining weeks of 2016, all of 2017, and early 2018 without a fugitive in the millions until the addition of Rafael Caro-Quintero in April. The way I see it, regardless of what the opinion is about million dollar fugitives on the Top Ten List, it’s actually pretty good, as it helps with publicity for the Top Ten List overall, which I could assume that’s why the FBI kept Gerena as long as they could on the list and it’s pretty interesting that little over a year after Gerena’s removal RCQ interestingly made the list. The list is making such interesting additions in the last 3 years that I actually like it and the captures keep on coming especially when it’s to a point where long timers come off easily like Yaser Said.
Hammering away on another point, as far as contenders, whereas right now I have Michael Pratt as my solid contender based on crime and how recent he is, I think the FBI could gamble on a cold case fugitive and I wouldn’t pick just any cold case fugitive, I would say the only person IMO who is in their prime to be added is Alicia Banuelos (ironic that the person who replaced Banuelos on the murders section is currently on the Top Ten List (Patel)).
The FBI should add a female fugitive right now, after 4 years of not having added one, and all 3 of the most recent female additions were wanted for crimes which occurred less than a year before their additions, If they choose Banuelos (which is an interesting wild card scenario), her possible addition would buck the trend of female fugitives being more on the recent side rather than on the cold side.
Scumhunter mentioned Daniel Min Suh, and I think he’d be an interesting contender and a much needed boost of publicity if he’s to be added to the list.

I came around the Jose Villarreal-Hernandez addition, while I ultimately decided it was a good addition and I like it now unlike the rest of you I had to be talked into it and read more about the case to ultimately approve of it- mainly because I feel there's been too much of a neglect of domestic cases on the FBI site lately. Too many drug trafficking additions from an administration that seems to think we're still in the 1980s to the overall site and not enough domestic homicide cases of people who can strike and kill again. Michael Pratt I'd be glad for but otherwise they really need to add a domestic homicide case. The whole point of the list is to add guys the public can help catch and those types of cases are easier catches as well.

Okay so I have 3 contenders that I’m sold on, to be added to the FBI Top Ten List that should replace Yaser Said.
1. Michael Pratt 2019 sex crimes/sex trafficking
2. Alicia Banuelos 1999 Murder of a child
3. Cinthya Rodriguez 2008 kidnapping and Murdering a man by burying him alive.
I feel one of these 3 cases will fill a void that has been left open since Said’s capture.

You know, I am going to make a call here. It's a long shot, but I would like to add Jose Luis Rios to my list of possible cold case FBI Top Ten contenders. He's wanted for one homicide, and has been implicated in another. The murder of Kristi Martin has been described as a "thrill killing." This case could benefit from publicity, and I want to note that with the tattoos that Rios has, he could stand out.

Just going to nip it in the bud and state the obvious that Adarus Black is a top candidate now- and at his young age- it should be a relatively easy capture (I realize I said that about Alejandro Castillo as well- but Black is more likely to still be in the U.S.)

Adarus Black seems like a possibility. Plus, the FBI is already looking for him, which leads me to suspect they have issued a UFAP warrant.

A UFAP hasn’t been issued yet according to the Poster, but I wouldn’t be surprised if either they add him upon getting a UFAP warrant or add someone who already has one and add Adarus Black as a Number 11.

I think it's currently far fetched to think there will be a number 11 added anytime in the near future as there hasn't been one in decades and if there was ever a time to add one- when Peter Manfredonia was on his crime spree with a full list- they still didn't add him as a #11.

Any people you think should be put on the list to replace the guy they recently captured ? I think they should put a fugitive with a recent case on the list and one that is still a threat to society.

I know this sounds very crazy and out there, I know it’s highly unlikely, but I think Saif Al-Adel one of the original most wanted terrorists in 2001, could have an outside chance of being added to the Top 10 if AQ’s current leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri is in fact dead, which leaves Al-Adel as the sole remaining fugitive wanted for the 1998 U.S. embassy bombings in Africa, and the FBI may want to put the last the Bin Laden era dinosaur wanted in that case on notice on the Top Ten List.
That aside, I think it’ll be more likely that we get a child crimes fugitive, such as the likes of Gregory Whitehead or Michael Pratt than a terrorist.
With Yaser Said being the fugitive who is going to be replaced, the FBI could either add a recent fugitive, or a cold case fugitive where they feel they could be caught quickly like Jesus Munguia.

Do you want them to swap any fugitives on the list ? I know it gives them a good publicity but some fugitives on the list have grown cold in my opinion it would be better to put recent fugitives in their place. For example you could catch 3 recent fugitives in a few months whereas 1 fugitive who has been on there for years will be more difficult to catch.

That's very true - in 2003 when Derrick Todd Lee was identified as a suspect in the Baton Rouge Serial Killer case, a Crime Alert poster was added to the site: (https://web.archive.org/web/20030603190957/http://www.fbi.gov/mostwant/alert/alert.htm) Lee wasn't added to the list as a Special Addition, even though he was an active serial killer with upwards of 7 victims, the most recent killed a matter of weeks previously - that said to me that we were unlikely to see special additions again any time in the future.
