Honestly I've been feeling like Brown's time was coming up since I've had this feeling the past few days. Luis Macedo is the most recent and he would make sense, also he fits in Texas really well.

Now I'm thinking to myself, the family members of those fugitives' victims aren't from Austin though. Unless they wanted to fly to Austin because that's the spot of whatever the update is.

I'm still holding out hope for Yaser Said, but any news on anybody would be great!

It looks like the update is Robert Van Wisse has been added to the top 10 list. I can see his wanted poster in the background of the live news feed. I'll move his thread from the fugitives on tv section to the Top 10 section once it's official.

I can see his photo in the background and he's a Texas case. Pretty sure the update will be his addition to the list. The articles just made it sound like it was already someone on the list and they apparently just had bad information and/or poor wording

The sister of Laurie Stout (Van Wisse's victim) is a member of our forum. So I'm very happy for her that he's been added.
With the capture of Urbina it allowed the FBI to make a cold case addition.

Indeed and I saw the press conference it was emotional for the family and they seem to have recent tips of him in Austin and the Mexico/Guatemala border region.

I have absolutely no problems with this addition (not just saying that because we have a forum friend here looking for justice) despite the oldness of the case because of the capture of Urbina. There was basically one spot for a colder case and one spot for a newer case open (A newer case will likely fill the Marlon Jones spot). Plus, this case isn't as cold as it may seem in my opinion. There are significant leads, theories, and possible locations. This isn't like Brad Bishop where no one's even seen him since the late 1970's (if Roy Harrell really did see him).

If the 512th addition to the Ten Most Wanted is a recent case that we've posted this month (December '016), is there any chance it could be David Cecilio Soto or David Darnell "D-Block" Calhoun Jr?
