Dangerously? And well from what I've seen in what yourself and HeadMarshal have said about the episode that yes they took advantage of the whole hour by piecing it perfectly well and the acting too.
Tv Hosts and shows like John Walsh and The Hunt are a public service and not for ratings which is what I like, John Walsh I've always seen him as a someone I feel very comfortable watching especially the first time when they had these commercials for these DVDs teaching children about safety which was when I was in first grade (2004-05) and how not to talk to strangers, that would have to be the first time I saw John Walsh.

Meant to say seriously off-topic, must have been The Hunt in the back of my mind! But agreed!

I just wanted to add since I mentioned in off-topic but it would be funny if Greer gets caught because he was watching the NBA Finals instead of The Hunt.

Just wanted to mention that if you miss any Hunt episodes but have cable your provider should have a CNN "On Demand" channel. If you can't find it, call your cable company to find out!

If there was any episode this season which would be most likely to produce a direct capture, it should have been the one last Sunday with all the fugitives profiled over the two hours, but so far no captures. Sometimes it takes a bit or awhile to get a direct capture so hopefully someone aired last Sunday gets caught soon.

Well the recap episodes I think are harder to capture the fugitives since there's not as much detail as to when they were given the full profiles. To be honest, I was half-paying attention to the recap episode besides the beginning updates. But keep in mind The Hunt's first ever direct capture was off an 8 PM rerun the following week of Mozdir's initial episode. It's very rare for the fugitive to get captured the very next day, which made Megan Everett's capture so amazing. Also keep in mind The Hunt had to compete with game 7 of the NBA finals this past Sunday which likely took away young viewers who would have otherwise watched the show. (I looked at the TV newser ratings and the season 3 debut ratings were kind of disappointing; The Hunt outperformed the other news networks only if you include HLN's numbers combined with them, some Bill O'Reilly show on Fox News outperformed it just based on CNN ratings. We need to do our best to continue promoting. But I do blame the NBA finals for part of that ratings slippage) www.adweek.com/tvnewser/scoreboard-sunday-june-19/296627P.S. Game of Thrones was also going on on HBO at the same time. It was a competitive night.

In regards to the July 3 episode, TV Guide has updated it to mention that it will be airing both Eugene Palmer and Elby Hars, so Jorge Landeros's episode will be aired sometime in the future this season. Also I have to pick up someone from the airport and will likely miss the first half of tomorrow's episode, but we are recording it so I will have the chance to watch it Monday night. I don't mind spoilers for a news documentary type show like The Hunt however.

Is the lock a bad thing on the other thread? I feel scared I felt I did something wrong lol my apologies, but in the First case that was featured, all the victims my heart goes out to them especially the 3rd one she had it the worst had the courage to get on T.V. And say what that pervert did to her.

No it just means the thread was unnecessary since we already discuss the show here in this thread. Normally I just delete unnecessary threads but I wanted to lock it to explain why before deleting it. I didn't want you wondering why the thread got locked and soon to be deleted without an explanation. Anyway The Hunt like AMW always has some type of vehicle to showcase the particular fugitive. And I think with the artwork angle that Menjivar-Herrera's reenactment was one of the best presentations in terms of the way they tell the story that I've seen so far. I also hope the guard that was sleeping while the other guard left the van Menjivar-Herrera escaped from got fired. As far as the Santiago-Reyes segment it was good even though it was only about 15 minutes but hey they were captured anyway. You can tell the captures and convictions were really last minute because not even John walsh commented on the captures like with Napier and Alex Hill. It was just basically a post segment word screen update. Still glad they were captured though.

Oh okay I get it now I liked the artwork aspect of it too in the Menjivar-Herrera case since it is coming from the perspective of a child like a story book. Also what are your thoughts on the 12 year old boy? I mean he should have known when it was time to step up to the plate and say "hey dude that's very wrong and perverted what your doing" but also I can see that Menjivar-Herrera basically got him a ton of gifts drugs and alcohol to get him closer. This thing going on between Menjivar-Herrera and the 12 year old boy is somewhat similar to what happened between the 2 Beltway snipers back in 2002 I dunno if any of you guys are familiar with that case?

I think it's hard to say. Someone his age might not realize the consequences of his actions just yet, an adult figure in their life is telling them what they're doing is ok, but at the same time he should know right from wrong. Unfortunately the boy apparently got away with helping Menjivar-Herrera. We just have to hope he doesn't become a serial predator like Menjivar-Herrera down the road

If I'm not mistaken by what I saw in the preview last night Elby Hars and Eugene Palmer are next up. But I'm just patiently waiting the most awaited episode: Robert Fisher and it better be a whole hour about him lol. so far this season it's been very intense it makes season 1 look like a standard documentary whereas now it's better reneacments.
Last night's episode with Menjivar-Herrera, the art rendition Describing the whole mood of what the victims went through was very strong when it showed a drawing of a girl being afraid when they described the 3rd victims ordeal and I'll be honest i lost it I teared up a bit.

Fisher will NOT be an hour case (he will air on July 10th along with the Dimitrions) but that might not necessarily be a bad thing. While we all love The Hunt and thought the Shane Miller episode was good we also thought the episode didn't have to be an entire hour and there was too much unnecessary filler. The Hunt has improved by leaps and bounds since that episode. A family killing case while tragic may not have that many complexities to take up an hour. A case about "only" one murder may have many more interwoven details and need the whole hour. The Hunt seems to be determining now who gets an hour based on if they actually need an hour to tell the whole story as opposed to who the fugitive is and I think that's a good thing.

Oh okay thanks for clearing that up.
Can't wait for July 10 then, and well the Dimitrions should be an easy capture since they are both fugitives.
However now that I look at Fisher's case, it fits more in a 30-40 minute slot instead of an entire hour.
On The Hunt they need to go over his background/childhood growing up, they need to talk about his parents, his wife and his kids and his personality, then move on to the crime itself and where he may possibly be and it sure doesn't take a whole hour.
