Hello all forum members and readers alike,
It is time again for my annual most wanted list of the twenty alleged fugitive scumbags I want caught the most that our forum has profiled in the past year.
In tradition from the America's Most Wanted days, the forum year is generally considered between all cases added to our site from December 1st of the previous year to the end of November in the current forum year. I also generally like to keep the list somewhat recent, and only fugitives wanted within the past ten years (or a warrant issued within the past ten years) are usually considered. To make things even more relevant and recent, I am now erring towards even more recency and with some exceptions prefer that my list now reflects mainly fugitives from within the decade. The following are the Top 20 bad guys and girls I want caught the most that we profiled between December 1st, 2021 to November 30th, 2022.
Although I can't 100 percent guarantee, all of these fugitives were still at large to the best of my knowledge on this posting date .
Just a few technical notes before we get started:
-A CAPTURED stamp will appear next to the name of any fugitives captured after I made my list. You can click on the links for any further details as to where when etc..
-A RETRACTED- ALREADY CAPTURED stamp will appear next to any fugitives if it turns out they were already captured before my list was made but our website was not alerted.
-Not to sound like a jerk- but the purpose of my list is to get extra publicity on an overall variety of fugitive cases that our website profiled in the past year by linking to them on our front page and not to start a debate. I ask that posters please not comment and ask why someone didn't make the list (there are so many tragic cases we profile and so many cases I felt awful about having no room for, it is simply a given some terrible cases won't make it since it's a top 20 and not Top 500 list) and/or ask why is this guy higher than this guy or otherwise trying to compare who is worse than who in some form or fashion. I'm not normally a tyrant admin but any comments in that vain will be deleted in this thread. I just don't think its fun or appropriate to make game and debate over what are still serious cases. Members, however, are free to post their own most wanted lists. We used to have Personal by Year category in the general section that combined our AMW and post-AMW personal wanted lists but I have created a separate thread since we're in a new decade:

Members who proved successful at soliciting for the church allegedly were forced to enter into sham marriages or obtain fraudulent student visas to continue soliciting in the United States year-round.
Furthermore, it is alleged that females were recruited to work as personal assistants, or “pastorals,” for Quiboloy and that victims prepared his meals, cleaned his residences, gave him massages and were required to have sex with Quiboloy in what the pastorals called “night duty.” Quiboloy was indicted by a federal grand jury in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Santa Ana, California, for conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking by force, fraud and coercion and sex trafficking of children; sex trafficking by force, fraud and coercion; conspiracy; and bulk cash smuggling, and on November 10, 2021, a federal warrant was issued for his arrest."

In April of 2022, a 5-year-old boy's body was found inside a suitcase in Washington, Indiana. Although it is not revealed how the boy died, an autopsy released earlier found it was due to an “electrolyte imbalance” most likely attributed to a “viral gastroenteritis.” In October of 2022, the boy was identified as Cairo Jordan and his mother, Dejaune Anderson, was named as a suspect and charged with murder. It is believed Anderson killed her son because she was convinced a "demon" lived inside of him. Numerous social posts of Anderson's included bizarre rants about hexes, curses, and protection spells.
amwfans.com/thread/13003/dejaune-anderson-indiana-2022

amwfans.com/thread/12953/avery-miler-washington-2022
#2: Jose Noriel Portilo Gil AKA "Al Chueco" (DECEASED)
Jose Noriel Portillo Gil aka El Chueco is a reported cartel leader suspected of the June 2022 murder of two Jesuit priests in the Mexican state of Chihuahua. Revs. Javier Campos, 79, and Joaquin Mora, 80, were shot to death as a result of sheltering a man Portillo was looking for inside their church. Reports are Portillo was angry at the man because he was a member of a rival baseball team that Portillo's sponsor lost a contest to. Portillo is also a suspect in the 2018 murder of North Carolina teacher Patrick Braxton-Andrew in Chihuahua. It is alleged Portillo had Braxton-Andrew killed because he mistakenly believed he was a DEA agent.
Although Portillo is technically wanted out of Mexico, it is believed there is a possibility he could flee to the United States.
amwfans.com/thread/12773/jose-noriel-portillo-mexico-2018
#1 Most Wanted: Edgar Casian-Garcia & Araceli Medina: (CAPTURED)
Edgar Salvador Casian-Garcia, 34, and his girlfriend, Araceli Medina, 38, are both charged in Franklin County in Washington State with aggravated murder in the first degree, four counts of rape of a child in the first degree and three counts of assault of a child in the first degree.
The charges come after Casian-Garcia's biological daughters, 8 and 3, were found abandoned in Tijuana, Mexico, in late 2020. Both girls showed signs of severe physical and sexual abuse. Subsequent forensic interviews done with both girls determined that Casian-Garcia and Medina had likely been abusing and sex trafficking the children, as well as the girls’ 7-year-old brother, Edgar Casian, who is believed to have been tortured to death in Washington state and his body later dumped. His remains were found in a rural part of Franklin County in February.
Investigators say they believe that when Casian-Garcia and Medina learned they would be charged in the case, they fled Washington state and were seen crossing into Mexico in June 2021. Medina's four children from a previous marriage and a baby boy shared with Casian-Garcia are currently unaccounted for and may be at risk for sexual abuse or trafficking. The Kennewick Police Department lists them as missing and endangered. Medina picked up the children from her husband two days before she and Casian-Garcia allegedly fled to Mexico.
Although Casian-Garcia and Medina were also on my list last year, because Edgar's remains being found and subsequent murder charges did not happen until April of this year, I decided they were once again eligible for this yearly Most Wanted list. I could think of nothing more fitting than to make my first ever #1 yearly Most Wanted multiple fugitive case which also includes my first ever female fugitive to make it to #1 on my yearly most wanted lists than to be these two allegedly horrific people.
