Of course I forgot about Eugene Palmer. I think how old he is makes me forget about the recency of his addition.
For anyone confused the U.S. Marshals poster lists Constance as White or White Hispanic while the FBI only lists him as white.
And yeah I know about Louisiana and it's connection to French culture since I've been to New Orleans several times and did the plantation tours in the more rural parts as well. A good tidbit if you're ever on Jeopardy is Louisiana is the only state that uses "Parish" instead of County.
Anyway I'm getting way off-topic but I really hope we can capture this guy or at least find out what became of him. Danwind needs a new avatar!

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office was supposed to hold a press conference about an hour ago about Joe Constance. The article frustratingly mentions he's on the FBI's Most Wanted list, this is about the 7 zillionth time we've seen the local news confuse being on the overall website for being on the most wanted list, but perhaps the press conference means he's officially being added, or it could just be general updates. www.kplctv.com/2021/07/06/sheriffs-office-hold-news-conference-wednesday-joe-constance-case/ |

Yeah caught or dead are possibilities too, but I feel we would have found that out before the press conference if that were the case. I'd obviously be pleasantly surprised and ecstatic if that was the reason though.

It’s rare for investigators to hold a press conference regarding a capture or found deceased without the news reporting on it. That being said I’m speculating that it’s that he’s going to be added to the Ten Most Wanted and they’re waiting till 9:30. |
