Also just wanted to point out that for some reason, the ID Channel had #johnwalsh as the hashtag to encourage tweets where even John Walsh had to say to please use #TeamInPursuit. Hopefully they fix that next week.

Last night's episode to me reminded me of the high-quality AMW days! Brian Ontiveros, if convicted can take a one-day ticket to hell as far as I am concerned. As Scumhunter mentioned, having the nerve to reply to the victim's family on social media, after allegedly killing their daughter and demand to share custody of Marissa's child is absolutely infuriating! I do feel that with his extensive tattoos, he won't blend that well in Mexico. Hopefully Mexico does the right thing and kicks him out of their country.
Robert Kuehn is absolutely terrifying as far as being a potential serial predator and long time career criminal. Even though he's only wanted for questioning in Laura Howard's homicide, he has some major explaining to do.
Finally excellent choices for the 15 SOS segments as well.

Ok just saw the new episode on Discovery plus, and without going into much detail, it is so frustrating to see how good the Detectives were in building a case against Torres, only for all that hard work to be in vain (at least for now, and hopefully not for long) thanks to another idiotic Harris County Texas judge. There's also an unfortunate detail I'll save until after the airing, it's not something I look forward to sharing, but don't think I should reveal until everyone gets a chance to see the episode.
And the Brockbrader segment was just as weird as we thought the case was going to be and just as sickening as we probably thought the case was going to be as well, or probably even more sickening, as he's one of the most manipulative child molesters profiled so far on In Pursuit. (I don't need to say allegedly in this case, he was convicted, no matter what he claims otherwise).

Ok now that the west coast airing has completed, it turns out Torres unfortunately is believed to have unfortunately sexually assaulted Elevia Vigil in addition to killing her (hence this being a capital murder case). It's even more infuriating he was let out on bond because apparently his family seems pretty financially wealthy.
And Bill Brockbrader has a lot of nerve re-victimizing a girl who he molested as a child on the same day as her grandfather's funeral! If you have to make a video post saying you're not a pedophile, then you're most likely a pedophile.
Both Torres and Brockbrader can go to hell.

Just saw the very good episode. Scumhunter made it very clear as to why Torres and Brockbrader can go to hell. I just want to say most heartbreaking part of the episode was Eleivia Vigil's mother saying in Spanish that Carlos's bail money was more important than Eleivia's life.

Just wanted to state not to get too discouraged In Pursuit's Season 3 hasn't had a direct capture yet since it took a few weeks in Season 1 before they caught Luis Frias. Especially with fugitives in Mexico, it's often they're located but not arrested or extradited right away because of international bureaucracy.
It will be interesting to see if this season is more of a challenge- I know we blame Covid for everything but in my opinion it is a factor- but I have faith we will see a direct capture soon.
It would help if they finally update their tip form though as they keep lagging behind on that.

I just finished the episode.
As I said in the thread on William "Bubba" Plemons, there is something new in the way In Pursuit tells the story that is completely different from the AMW re-enactment, it ranks right up there with when we found out Daniel Hiers' alleged child molestation was African-American in The Hunt's re-enactment when the AMW re-enactment made her appear white.
Daryl Walker should have never been able to be a free man before allegedly killing Monique Johnson in the first place is all I'll say for the second segment.

Just wanted to add that although there's no fugitive capture yet, two missing children have been found so far, although not technically direct results it's still a great way to start the season! I'll wait until the west coast airing ends to share my thoughts on Plemons/Walker.

Ok the Plemons segment was well done but as I mentioned in the thread on him the big reveal was they had a different person other than Steve Dowd- who was said to be Plemons' driver in the AMW re-enactments- claim to be Plemons for-hire driver on In Pursuit. This time it was a woman named Liza Hoyt- although her description of Bubba was pretty much the same. I'm not sure what happened here although I guess it's possible Plemons used more than one driver to get around places or Liza was after Steve.
Walker segment was good as well. He is a terrible human being but it was admittedly slightly amusing to hear his physical description as like a "bobblehead." Hopefully that stands out though as weird physical characteristics is often what helps nab fugitives.

Forgot to officially announce we now know the September 29th episode (Season 5-episode 7) will be Pedro Fuentes Espinoza as the lead story with Cal profiling ex-AMW fugitive Ervis Mecollari in the second half. www.thefutoncritic.com/news/2021/09/10/discoveryplus-and-id-highlights-weeks-of-september-13-september-20-and-september-27-342510/20210910id01/Also, I just saw tonight's Estrada/Williams segment on In Pursuit. Although the stories are always gut-wrenching and emotional, the Estrada profile and Courntey Phillips' murder for me was the most heartbreaking and devastating segment of the season so far. Some of them do get to me sometimes and I get upset and/or emotional but can keep my composure for the most part, but I'm not going to lie- I sort of broke down on this one. The Nalio Williams segment was good too- a bit complicated involving the car theft ring aspect. Although I hope this isn't a case where people blame the victim since I got the sense Ray Modia was a good guy who just got in over his head and they did a good job of stressing the danger of Williams murdering someone over a car- which at the end of the day even if a luxury vehicle is still an inanimate object. I'll try to update the site as much as I can today (unfortunately I have to be a little spoiler-ish than usual with Estrada potential clue wise) since tonight is the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur. I'm technically non-practicing but it still feels weird to talk about murder cases during my cultural reflective holiday- basically it's the only Jewish holiday I feel weird doing specific things on- so I'll leave it up to the rest of you to talk about the show after the actual ID airing tonight. Although I probably don't have much else to add anyway.

Just saw the episode. It was extremely well done but the Isaac Estrada/Courtney Phillips piece was heart-wrenching. This was especially apparent to me when they were interviewing Courtney's son and you could see a pillow in the background with Courtney's photo and the word "MOM" on it. I appreciate that the family is trying to make sure that her son remembers what kind of person Courtney was and how much she loved him.
It is really frustrating that this small punk Isaac Estrada has outsmarted law enforcement for six years, especially since they've narrowly missed him a few times. The US Marshals poster (which could be seen during his segment) mentioned he was born in Texas, not Mexico. This gives me hope that he will one day finally be arrested and his luck will run out.
It's also tragic regarding the situation that Ray Modia got himself involved in. I am in no way blaming him for being murdered of course. Hopefully someone can bring Nalio Williams to justice.
