Done. And to get a head start since I'll be possibly busy tomorrow morning- the case has now been stickied in her section.

Sorry for the late notice but this week let's do 2010-Present fugitives again. I decided to experiment again this month and put the fugitives in most to least recent in each section, so to avoid confusion, any case is eligible and I'll figure out what do next week.
To be honest, the process of re-arranging the site each month is a bit time consuming, not to mention it messes with the indexing, once I finally complete all the master list fugitives, I might do one more shuffle of the entire site, and then just leave everything alone. So I don't know how much longer I'll be doing case of the week except in special situations since it would mean newer threads wouldn't get lost in the shuffle anymore and wouldn't need the exposure.
I'll do one more round of cases of the week (in other words, of each section, once or twice) and then I'll think about whether to suspend it for the time being. (Especially since I might decide to not be lazy and do the shuffle anyway since in theory you want the most popular threads to be the ones people first see).

Alright this week might be complicated because of the tinkered format (if I do another site shuffle, I'm just going to go back to most popular threads after all, like moving the FBI and USMS cases to general sections, not all experiments work lol).
We'll split it up into sections of the decade so for this week it's between 2005-2009, and any case between Margaret Smith on page 3 and Jose Lopez on page 13 that is under a thousand views is eligible. (I hope that wasn't too confusing)

Ok, once again let's do 2005-2009 fugitives for this week's COTW. Any case from Margaret Smith on page 4 to Wesley Lattin towards the middle of page 14 that is under a thousand views is eligible.

Got a little busy towards the end this week so I will skip case of the week for the upcoming week. Once I may possibly do a final site shuffle and then just move on from there I might forgo it as a weekly thing except in special circumstances since it would no longer be as needed. (Newer threads wouldn't get buried).
