Because of the upcoming holiday weekend, I will give case of the week a Saturday head start and will also do the first of my two planned exclusive fugitives of the week tomorrow instead of Sunday as well.
As far as case of the week, this week it's tv fugitives from 2000-2009. Any fugitive on the bottom half (pages 6-11) is eligible.

This upcoming week is tv fugitive's from the 80's- the time of hair bands and when MTV actually played music videos.
Since the 80's have far less fugitives than other decades, I'm just going to go with the least viewed fugitive- Teobaldo Lopez Villanueva- unless anyone wants someone in particular.
